BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a call connection method based on a connection request from a called party, and in particular, based on a called telephone number corresponding to a calling party, which is stored in advance in a database in the network by the called party, The present invention relates to a call connection method that enables connection to a specific operator with the same reception telephone number.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, when an incoming call is received while the called party is busy, the call is stored in the network and when the called party's line becomes free, the calling party and called party are removed from the network. A method of calling and connecting has been proposed. Regarding this, for example, "Akiyama, Mizusawa, Yoshida, Tanaka, Intelligent Work and Network Operation, Corona (1991), page 140", "Noguchi, Suzuki,
Illustrated ISDN-Multipurpose Interface-, Ohmsha (1988), No.
Pp. 143 ". In this method, the connection from the network is based only on the order of acceptance in the network, and no consideration has been given to the connection request on the side of the callee that a caller wants to accept. On the other hand, a call connection method (customized service) based on a limited connection request from the called party has been proposed. Regarding this, for example, "Murase,
Ikejiri, Takei; Service Customization and Customer Control, NTT Technical Journal, Vol.1, No.9, 1989.12 ",
"Uesaka, Amitani; Forerunner of IN Service, Free Dial Service, NTT Technical Journal, Vol.1, No.9, 1989.12". With this method, the connection to the called party is real-time, and when the operator corresponding to the calling party wants to accept the call, each calling party is informed of a different incoming call receiving telephone number or one incoming call telephone. The number had to be accepted, the operator had to put the phone on hold and change to a corresponding operator. Related to this type of method, there are, for example, a CCBS (call back at call end or camp on) service and an advanced toll-free service.

In the above-mentioned prior art, no consideration is given to satisfying the connection request from the callee side, and the customized service has a complicated structure and has a problem in operability. An object of the present invention is to store such connection information of the called party including the called telephone number corresponding to the calling party in a database in the network in advance, and to inform the customer of one incoming call telephone number. The point is improved, the call to the called party is once accepted by the network, the busy state of the called party is monitored, the calling party and called party are called from the network when the called party is available, and the called telephone number corresponding to the calling party in the database It is to provide a call connection method that enables connection based on the. Further, it is an object of the present invention to provide a versatile service in which incoming calls are not missed due to storage in the network, and to reduce communication charges and facilitate visits to customers.

In order to achieve the above object, a call connection method to a called party according to the present invention is a subscriber accommodation exchange for accommodating a caller having a terminal device and a subscription for accommodating the callee. In a communication network including a private accommodation exchange,
Based on the connection request from the callee, a means (database 3 in FIG. 1) for preliminarily accumulating connection desire information including the called telephone number corresponding to the caller in the network, and controlling the database, and based on the connection desire information. Means for connecting the caller to the callee corresponding to the caller (control station 2), and the caller is informed of one reception telephone number. When an incoming call is detected,
Let the network accept the call once,
The database is searched based on the called telephone number, the called party corresponding to the called party is obtained, and a notification indicating that the called party's vacancy is detected from the subscriber accommodation switch accommodating the called party is given. When received, it instructs the receiving and calling party's accommodation switch to connect the called party and the calling party,
It is characterized in that the called party is connected to the called telephone number that the called party desires to connect.

When a plurality of operators are available, the priority is set to 1, 2, ... Here, there are three operators B, C and D, but customer E
The operator who responds first to (052-548-1234) is C, and the operator who responds second is D.
It shall be registered in the database 4. As a result, the connection desire information is set in the database 3 as shown in FIG. (2) Customer E dials Company A, for example, 0120-9876654 to inquire about a purchase. (3) The subscriber accommodation exchange 1 uses the dialing number (0
120-987654), the control right of the call is transferred to the control station 2 and the telephone number and dial number of the customer E are notified to the control station 2. If there is a call to the company A thereafter, the subscriber accommodation exchange 1 performs the same processing as needed. (4) The control station 2 having received the transfer of the control right searches the database 3 for information about the dial number and the telephone number of the customer E. When the telephone number of the customer E is not registered among the telephone numbers to be received for each telephone number of D, the control station 2 notifies the subscriber accommodation exchange 1 of refusal of acceptance. When registered as a customer in the database 3, the control station 2
Notifies the subscriber accommodation exchange 1 of the acceptance completion notice. (6) When the subscriber accommodation exchange 1 receives the acceptance refusal notification, it notifies E of the refusal of acceptance by the guidance, and when it receives the acceptance completion notice, it notifies the customer E. Notify by guidance to hang up and wait. (7) On the other hand, the control station 2 which has sent the acceptance completion notice to the subscriber accommodation exchange 1 judges that the operator C is to be connected first and the operator D is to be secondly connected, as a search result of the database 3. First, the telephone 1 of the operator C for the subscriber accommodation exchange 5 accommodating the operator C

Here, since the customer E has a plurality of operator operators,
In this case, the control station 2 makes a notification / call request and starts a timer. (8) Upon receipt of this notification, the called subscriber accommodation exchange 5 monitors the telephone 10 of the called party and, if it is available, notifies the control station 2 to that effect. (9) If the control station 2 determines that the operator C is available by the notification from the terminating subscriber accommodation switch 5 before the timer expires, the control station 2 informs the subscriber accommodation switch 5 of the operator C (telephone 10). ) To customer E (phone number 052-

(12) The subscriber accommodation exchange 1 that has received the notification / call request from the control station 2 calls the customer E, notifies the operator C (telephone number 052-548-2222) of the guidance, and informs the subscriber. The telephone line for the accommodation exchange 5 is captured, and (a) the subscriber accommodation exchange 5 is instructed to connect the customer E (telephone 7) and the operator C (telephone 10) through the captured telephone line. (13) Subscriber accommodating exchange 5 that received a call line connection instruction

(14) The subscriber accommodating exchanges 1 and 5 perform normal disconnection processing of the telephone line after the call between the customer E and the operator C is completed, and the subscriber accommodating exchange 5 notifies the control station 2 of the end call. The operator C is notified that the operator C is free. (15) The control station 2 which has received the notification that the operator C has been vacant
