Conventionally, as a structure of an underwater form seal material for constructing a foundation of a huge structure (for example, a bridge pier, a quay wall, etc.) in water through a caisson, for example, as shown in Japanese Patent Publication No. 48-6213 and FIG. , A sponge mat 3 as a sealing material 2 on a bottom blade opening 1a of a formwork 1 constituting an underwater structure
And a sponge mat as a sealing material is fixed to the bottom cutting edge of the mold, and a waterproof film is attached to the outer periphery thereof, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 51-22729. There is known a method in which a waterproof film is expanded by sinking a mold, and the waterproof film is brought into close contact with the water bottom surface by an external water pressure to seal it.

However, the sponge mat 3 is attached to the bottom edge 1a of the former.
The structure of the sealing material that fixes the above is such that the side pressure action P of the underwater concrete or the like to be sealed is required if the installation pressure on the water bottom grounding surface 4 of the sponge mat 3 is small, the sectional shape is long in the vertical direction, and the compression amount is small. Causes the sponge mat 3 to slide on the ground contact surface 4 and cause shear deformation to cause the bottom contact surface 4
It was difficult to completely achieve the close contact seal in.

In addition, the latter structure of the sealing material in which a waterproof film is attached to the outer periphery of the sponge mat requires an installation tool to fix the waterproof film, which complicates the installation process of the sealer and also improves the waterproof property. There has been a problem that film spreading often depends on diver work.

This invention was devised by focusing on such conventional problems, and its purpose is to provide a wire net with a wire net holding member on the outer circumference of the sponge mat body and the water bottom grounding surface on the water bottom grounding surface side. It is possible to improve the sealing performance between the sponge mat body and the bottom surface of the bottom of the water by arranging the sponge mat body in a suspended state, and the fluid to be sealed such as underwater concrete leaking from the wire mesh is sealed by the sponge mat body. Further, since the work can be performed while closely contacting the bottom surface of the bottom of the water at the same time when the formwork is sunk, the workability of the work can be improved.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention provides a wire net of a predetermined width between the bottom blade of the mold and the sponge mat body, the upper end of which is attached, and the other end of which is hung to the bottom contact surface of the water bottom. Since the wire mesh holding members are provided on the wire mesh at predetermined intervals, the pressure of the fluid to be sealed, such as underwater concrete, acts vertically downward on the upper surface of the wire mesh hanging above the water bottom grounding surface. Due to the lateral pressure, even if the sponge mat body slides on the bottom surface of the bottom of the water and tries to shear and deform, it is possible to obtain a frictional force against sliding.
The gist is that the sealing performance can be remarkably improved, and the fluid to be sealed which leaks from the wire mesh can be sealed by the sponge mat body.

The sponge mat body 3 is made of a sponge-like elastic body such as soft polyurethane foam or semi-rigid polyurethane foam, and a sponge is provided between the bottom blade opening 1a of the mold 1 and the upper surface 3a of the sponge mat body 3. A reinforcing cloth 4a for covering the outer peripheral surface of the mat body 3, a wire net 5 having a predetermined width and one end side are attached, and the other end side of the wire net 5 is arranged so as to hang down to the water bottom ground surface G side.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a plurality of metal wire mesh pressing members 6 are attached to the back surface of the wire mesh 5 at predetermined intervals, and the upper end of the wire mesh pressing member 6 is It is fixed to the upper surface 3a of the sponge mat body 3 via a fixing member 7 such as a bolt, and the lower end side is positioned on the water bottom grounding surface G in a state of being inclined obliquely downward, and the wire mesh 5 is held in an umbrella shape. It is pressed against the bottom surface G of the water bottom.

The wire mesh 5 has a strength and a space for preventing the infiltration of aggregate into the mortar, and in the embodiment of the invention, the wire mesh 5 having a diameter of 0.68 mm, 3 mesh and a width of 914 mm is used. The wire mesh holding member 6 has a width of 40 mm, a thickness of 2 mm, and a length of 914 mm.
It is attached to the wire net 5 at a pitch of 250 mm, and is fixed by projecting in the width direction of the sponge mat body 3.

Next, FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which the mold 1 formed by fixing the sponge mat body 3 is sunk and the wire net 5 is closely attached to the water bottom grounding surface G via the wire net pressing member 6. hand,
When placing a fluid to be sealed, such as underwater concrete,
Since the fluid pressure P acts vertically downward on the upper surface of the wire net 5 hanging above the water bottom grounding surface G, the fluid side pressure P to be sealed causes the sponge mat main body 3 to slide and shear deform the water bottom grounding surface. However, since the frictional force against sliding can be obtained, the sealing performance can be remarkably improved, and the fluid leaking from the wire net 5 can be sealed by the sponge mat body 3.

When compared with the conventional sponge mat attached to the bottom member blade member of the caisson formwork, the conventional sponge mat has a small installation pressure, a long cross-sectional shape in the vertical direction, and a small amount of compression. The lateral pressure action of underwater concrete or the like to be sealed causes the sponge mat to slide on the bottom contact surface of the water bottom, causing shear deformation, and it is difficult to completely achieve close contact sealing property on the bottom contact surface of the bottom bottom.

In this invention, as described above, a wire net of a predetermined width is provided between the bottom blade of the mold and the sponge mat body, the upper end side is attached, and the other end is hung down to the water bottom grounding surface side. Since the wire mesh pressing members are provided at predetermined intervals, the fluid pressure to be sealed, such as underwater concrete, acts vertically downward on the upper surface of the wire mesh hanging above the water bottom grounding surface. Even if the sponge mat body slides on the bottom surface of the bottom of the water and tries to shear and deform, it is possible to obtain a frictional force against sliding, so that the sealing performance can be significantly improved, and the fluid leaking from the wire mesh should be sealed. Since it can be sealed by the sponge mat body, and the wire mesh can be in close contact with the ground contact surface of the water bottom at the same time when the formwork is sunk, diver work is completely unnecessary and it is extremely economical. There is an effect.
