The upper end of the chemical anchor bolt 4 is connected with a compression nut 41 through threads, and the rubber water stop 2 and the compression steel plate 3 are compressed and fixed through the compression nut 41.
As shown in fig. 1, the sealing plate 61 is provided with concave cover seams 611 at two sides of the expansion part 612, the bottom of the cover seam 611 is abutted against the compressed steel plate 3, the end of the chemical anchor bolt 4 extends into the cover seam 611, and the compression nut 41 is located in the cover seam 611. The compression nut 41 is rotated, the compression nut 41 applies pressure to the bottom of the cover seam 611, and the bottom of the cover seam 611 compresses and fixes the compression steel plate 3 and the rubber water stop 2.

A sealing groove 14 and a positioning groove 15 are formed at the bottom of the water stop port 12 and at the end of the deformation joint 11 for cleaning; filling chemical grouting materials 13 into the deformation joint 11; the gasket 5 is fitted into the seal groove 14.
