Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a pressure-sensitive transferred erratum correction tape, of which the white covering layer and transfer tacky layer components are difficult to oxidize and which is excellernt in light resistance and long-term stability because of little interlaminar movement of the tacky layer components and also excellent in tacky feeling and tack power. CONSTITUTION:A high molecular resin and tacky producer are used as components for white covering layer composed of resins as white pigment, additive and binder and for transfer tacky layer to an adherend; and a hydrogenated terpene resin is mixed with the binder resin and tacky producer.

In the conventional pressure-sensitive transfer typographical error correcting material, the wound correction tape which has become the mainstream in recent years is used.
As a white hiding layer, it has poor adhesion to a supporting substrate, peeling property during transfer correction, and poor adhesion / tack strength. In some cases, the white hiding layer peels off only partially so that typographical errors can be completely hidden. There is a defect that it cannot be transferred to an adherend such as paper at all when it is not present or in extreme cases. The plastic film base material with inorganic fine particles kneaded cannot be used in a large proportion of the inorganic fine particles as a concealing material, so the concealing effect is inferior. Rewriting with a water-based writing instrument such as a marking pen or fountain pen has the drawbacks that the ink will repel and that the writing lines and letters will dry slowly.

According to the present invention, as a result of various investigations for solving the above-mentioned drawbacks, titanium dioxide, magnesium carbonate, calcium carbonate for correcting and concealing typographical errors,
A polymer resin and a hydrogenated terpene resin as a binder of a concealing layer, which is composed of an additive that enhances the peelability between a white pigment such as silica and a supporting substrate, are added and blended, and white is applied to an adherend such as paper. By applying an adhesive layer that uses a polymer resin and hydrogenated terpene resin as a tackifier to the adhesive layer component that transfers the concealment layer, the concealment effect is obtained when the pressure-sensitive transfer typographical correction tape of the winding is applied. The inventors have completed the present invention by finding that they are excellent in aging resistance and light resistance, and have an effect of obtaining long-term stability and a comfortable tacky feeling.

That is, the present invention provides white pigments such as titanium dioxide, magnesium carbonate, calcium carbonate, and silica, which are suitable for correcting and concealing typographical errors, and additives for waxes for enhancing the releasability from a supporting substrate. And blending a polymer resin and a hydrogenated terpene resin as a binder of a white pigment,
A white hiding composition dissolved or dispersed in a volatile solvent is applied onto a flexible supporting base material such as a plastic film or paper and dried to provide a white hiding layer, and further, a white hiding layer is provided on the paper. A pressure-sensitive transfer typographical correction tape provided with an adhesive layer containing a polymer resin and a hydrogenated terpene resin as a tackifier as an adhesive layer component that more reliably transfers the white hiding layer to an adherend. is there. The hydrogenated terpene resin used in the present invention is one in which the unsaturated double bond, which is most easily oxidized, is eliminated from the terpene resin, so that it is less likely to be oxidized by air and the aging resistance and light resistance are improved.

[0006] In general, a tackifier can be used by adding and blending a tackifier, whereby the magnitude of resistance to viscous flow can be adjusted and a fine tackiness can be obtained. If no tackifier is added and blended, the tackiness becomes dull, and there is no temperature sensitivity and the tackiness layer becomes sticky due to a slight temperature rise, and the tackiness is lost at low temperatures.

By making the resin used in combination with the polymer resin as the binder and the resin used as the tackifier of the transfer adhesive layer the same, the inter-layer transfer of components between the white hiding layer and the adhesive layer is reduced, Even if it is left for a long period of time, the adhesive strength does not decrease, and the stable adhesive strength can be maintained. By blending a hydrogenated terpene resin as a binder component of the white hiding layer and a tackifier of the transfer pressure-sensitive adhesive layer component, the white hiding layer / transfer pressure-sensitive layer is stable and hardly oxidized even when left in the air for a long period of time. Not only does it give good results, but it also gives a comfortable sticky feeling through the temperature of the four seasons. The hydrogenated terpene resin is commercially available under the trade name of CLEARON (Yasuhara Yushi Kogyo Co., Ltd.), and this can be used.

As for the blending ratio of the hydrogenated terpene resin, the resin used for the white hiding layer, for example, styrene-butadiene, styrene-butadiene-styrene,
Styrene-isoprene-styrene, neoprene, polyisobutylene, polyacrylic acid ester, polyvinyl acetate, ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer can be used 60 to 140 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight, but preferably 80 to 120 It was part by weight. Regarding the blending ratio of the hydrogenated terpene resin in the transfer adhesive layer, it is necessary to have a tack force for adhering to an adherend such as paper with a very light force in a short period of time, and to maintain stable adhesive force for a long period of time. Therefore, 80 to 80 parts by weight of the polymer resin is included.
120 parts by weight was optimal. If it is less than 80 parts by weight, the temperature sensitivity becomes poor and the stickiness at low temperature becomes poor.
If the amount is 0 parts by weight or more, wound tape defects such as bay-shaped deformation and indentation tend to occur, which is unfavorable.

The white pigment used in the present invention is titanium dioxide, magnesium carbonate, calcium carbonate, silica, etc., which have been conventionally used, for improving the peelability between the flexible supporting substrate and the white hiding layer at the time of transfer correction. Microcrystalline wax, multi-wax, potassium oleate, potassium laurate and the like can be used as the additive of the above. Further, as the dispersant, a nonionic, anionic or cationic surfactant, and if necessary, an antioxidant and a stabilizer can be used.

The pressure-sensitive transfer typographical error correction tape containing a hydrogenated terpene resin is compared with the one containing a terpene resin without hydrogenation as a tackifier, and the one not adding a tackifier. The transfer pressure-sensitive adhesive layer component was not easily oxidized, and the migration of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer component between layers was small, so that it was excellent in light resistance and long-term stability, and also in good tackiness and tackiness.
