Description

The present invention relates to a pressure-sensitive transfer tape that corrects a corresponding portion when there is an error in a portion where characters are written with a writing instrument such as a ballpoint pen, a sign pen, or a marker, or a portion printed by various printing machines. The pressure-sensitive correction tape is mounted on a transfer container composed of a small unwinding, winding, and head part, and can be transferred to paper or the like by applying pressure from the head part to correct a written mark.

There is a correction fluid as a method for correcting written marks, but in recent years there are many correction tools such as pressure-sensitive correction tapes in place of the correction fluid. This is because it is excellent in that it can be written again without drying immediately after correction.

An important item for correction is that the written or printed material before correction is not conspicuous and is clearly hidden. Furthermore, it is thought that it is important to maintain the concealment of the corrected portion even if it is stored in any environment for a long time after correction.

Conventional pressure-sensitive correction tapes have sufficient concealing properties, but there are many phenomena in which the colorant component of writing instruments and printing inks floats when left for a long period of time, especially when concealed in a high temperature and high humidity environment. The concealed part floats up and the function that should be performed is not satisfied.
JP 2001-11398 A JP-A-11-198588 JP-A-10-309893 JP-A-10-278489 JP-A-8-276695

The problem to be solved by the present invention is that the pressure correction tape that corrects erroneously written characters, printed matter, etc. has a high concealment property for the corrected characters, and the pressure sensitivity correction that can maintain the concealment property even after a long period of time. Is to provide a tape.

As a means for solving the above problems, a release layer, a white hiding layer that covers the post-transfer characters, etc. on the substrate, an adhesive layer that fixes the white hiding layer to the transfer object, and a misalignment in which the two layers are mixed at the boundary In a pressure-sensitive transfer tape having a prevention layer, the SP value (solubility parameter, hereinafter referred to as SP value) is compared with other resins in a vehicle comprising 75 to 85% by weight of the pigment in the white hiding layer and comprising two or more kinds of resins. ) Was found to be able to be solved by containing 1.0 to 10.0% by weight of a resin with 1.0 or more different weight in the white hiding layer.

The pressure-sensitive transfer tape in the present invention is a multi-layered tape comprising a release prevention layer in which a release layer is provided on both surfaces of a substrate, a white hiding layer and an adhesive layer are constructed, and the two layers are mixed.

As the substrate, a plastic film such as polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polyethylene naphthalate or polypropylene having a thickness of about 3 to 50 μm, or a thin paper such as glassine paper of about 30 to 60 g / m 2 is used.

As a mold release treatment, on the above-mentioned base material, silicon resin, fluororesin, other resin having mold release property, oil, etc., and synthetic resin and fine particles having no peelability, additives for peeling adjustment, etc. Several types are mixed to build a release layer.

Titanium oxide and extender are used as white pigments in the white hiding layer. The coating film formed with a high white pigment content is porous. A porous structure is easily constructed by adjusting to contain 75 to 85%. However, when the content is 85% or more, the film strength of the white hiding layer is lowered. If it is less than 75%, a sufficient hiding power cannot be obtained.

Titanium oxide is a highly concealable material used for paints. Examples of extender pigments include magnesium carbonate, calcium carbonate, aluminum oxide, silicon dioxide, celite, and clay. The vehicle is a mixture of urethane, acrylic, vinyl, olefin, rubber and other resins.

In the present invention, 1.0 to 10.0% by weight of a resin having an SP value different by 1.0 or more compared to other resins is added to the vehicle of the white hiding layer. In the organic solvent, in the organic solvent dispersion liquid, in the aqueous dispersion liquid (including emulsion), the white pigment, extender pigment and vehicle, and the dispersing agent and additives as necessary are uniformly mixed to obtain a white hiding layer ink. To do. Thereby, a white hiding layer ink that can maintain hiding properties even after a long period of time can be produced. However, this effect cannot be obtained when the content is 1.0% or less. On the other hand, if the content is 10% or more, it is difficult to mix uniformly, and a white hiding layer cannot be formed.

Adhesive layer ink is mainly composed of acrylic, rosin, rubber, vinyl ether, polyisobutylene, and other resins that are generally treated as pressure sensitive adhesives. If necessary, fillers, adhesion modifiers, and aging Prepared by blending an inhibitor, fine particles, etc., and uniformly dispersing and mixing in an organic solvent, an organic solvent dispersion, and an aqueous dispersion (including emulsion).

Each layer is uniformly mixed with a disperser, a stirrer, etc., and is prepared as an ink by applying with a coater, adjusting to a predetermined film thickness, and drying. The white hiding layer and the adhesive layer are applied in this order on the support subjected to the release treatment. The white hiding layer has a porous structure because the white pigment content is high. Therefore, the adhesive layer soaks into the white hiding layer in the process of drying from the ink state and forming a film, resulting in the formation of a slip prevention layer in which the two layers are intermingled.

The thickness of the white hiding layer is preferably about 15.0 to 25.0 μm, and the thickness of the adhesive layer is preferably about 1.0 to 4.0 μm.

What was applied in this manner was slit into a small width and made into a small volume and put into a transfer container to form a pressure-sensitive correction tape.
