CONSTITUTION:A concentrated jet head 8 is composed of a fixed box 3, movable boxes 4, a box insert 2 and a preformer 1, and extruders 7 are fixed to a plurality of respective movable boxes 4. Respective units U1-U4 are formed by the extruders 7 and the movable boxes 4, and respective units U1-U4 are incorporated in the fixed box 3 removably.
