2. Description of the Related Art In Japan, in addition to high temperature and humidity in summer, in recent years even in winter, structures such as houses and buildings have been made into lightweight steel prefabricated structures and reinforced concrete structures, and in combination with the adoption of aluminum sash, etc., the hermeticity has increased. Indoors have warmed up and dew condensation is severe, and bacteria, molds and fungi floating in the air
Water and humidity, which are the conditions for breeding and breeding yeasts, temperature, nutrient sources, oxygen, etc. are sufficiently retained, and interior pH, exterior materials, fixtures, fixtures, etc. are also kept at a substantially neutral pH value. , Everywhere in the building, especially kitchens, baths, toilets, etc., which are warm and use a lot of water, are good breeding places for the bacteria, fungi, yeasts, etc. Not only stains are generated, but also stains and spots, which are more remarkable due to the secretion of mold fungi, their spores, and pigments from mycelium.
Deterioration and discoloration of not only the interior materials but also the exterior materials and the base material itself are caused by stains and secretions such as discoloration, and the peeling phenomenon at the part where the base material and the interior material are bonded is particularly severe, and replacement is inevitable in a short time. It is in the actual situation.

For this reason, under the present circumstances, alcohols, halogenated phenols and nitrophenols having a respiratory system-inhibiting action, and nitro having an electron-transporting system-inhibiting action are added to acrylic, chlorinated rubber-based and urethane-based vehicles as bactericides. Furans and carboxylic acids, compounds having a trichloroalkylthio group having an -SH group inhibitory effect, tetramethylthiuram disulfides, 2-benzimidazolecarbamic acid methyl acid having a DNA synthesis inhibiting effect, or an inhibitory effect on the cytoplasmic membrane function. Although a so-called mildew-proofing agent, which is a mixture of sultylanilides and quaternary ammonium compounds, etc., has been applied, any of them is poor in water resistance and chemical resistance including weather resistance Is volatilized, eluted or modified in a short period of time to lose bactericidal properties It is possible to expect only such effects, and bacteria, fungi or yeasts differ not only in their respective resistance to drugs, but also intensify their resistance year after year, and effectively control bacteria, fungi or yeasts effectively. There was no way to do it.

On the other hand, along with the remarkable improvement of living standards in recent years, not only the living environment is oriented toward luxury, but also various facilities such as stores, hotels, sports facilities, and workplace environments such as offices are required to be luxurious and sophisticated. As a result, natural marble boards and stone boards are being used as interior and exterior materials in some hotels, wedding halls, museums, etc., but these natural marble boards and stone boards are extremely difficult to handle and extremely difficult to handle. Since it is expensive and the construction cost is huge, the range of use is limited by itself, and luxury new construction materials and cloth materials are used in homes, general buildings, hospitals, sports facilities, etc. In the end, the result is that the bacteria, molds or yeasts are bred and bred in a short period of time, and they are often damaged and deteriorated, so that they often have to be reformed.

[Operation] The present invention having the technical means as described above,
It has the following actions. That is, the surface of the base material is preliminarily sterilized and washed as required, and it has high chemical adhesiveness to a wide range of materials including the material forming the base material and has a large number of fine recesses present on the surface of the base material. Since an acrylic resin emulsion solution with a viscosity that allows diffusion and penetration into parts and gaps is applied, a strong primer treatment layer with high strength and high adhesion is formed in combination with the improvement of physical adhesiveness. Invasion of moisture, oxygen, nutrients, etc. from the surface is blocked. Moreover, since the material for forming the mottled coating layer formed on the upper surface of the primer-treated layer and further the antibacterial protective layer formed on the upper surface of the mottled coating layer are both made of acrylic resin, they are mutually compatible. Since it has so-called adhesiveness, the entire antibacterial design coating film is firmly and closely formed.

The main component of the antibacterial coating agent for forming the mottled coating layer is acrylic resin 40 to 50% by weight, and the inorganic pigment 3
4 to 42% by weight and 12 to 18% water,
These are mixed well by the addition of 0.8 to 1.2 parts by weight of propylene glycol and 0.8 to 1.2% of butyl dioxane acetate. In addition, among the inorganic pigment components, trace metal ions in the composition of the inorganic coloring pigment exert a bactericidal action, so-called oligodynamism action, and the inorganic extender pigment maintains a high pH value, and the bactericidal property of butyl dioxane acetate. Together, they will exhibit high antibacterial properties against bacteria, fungi or yeasts.

Further, the viscosity of the antibacterial coating agent is 25 ° C.
In the above, since it is kept at least 600 poise (CP) or more, even if the antibacterial coating agents of several colors colored in an appropriate color are arranged in parallel on an appropriate palette, they do not mix with each other. Then, the antibacterial coating agent distributed in parallel is affixed to the outer surface of a mottled applicator having rigidity and different areas on the outer surface thereof and having a large number of recesses each having a substantially circular shape, and a primer is applied. Since it is applied by tapping over the entire top surface of the treatment layer, antibacterial coating agents of several colors are mixed intricately and along a large number of irregularly shaped, generally circular depressions. Further, while the recessed portion is further deformed by the pressure applied by the beating, a mottled pattern is drawn and the shading is overlapped with the beating to form a mottled coating layer.

Further, since the stone pattern coating layer formed on the upper surface of the pattern coating layer has the same composition as that of the antibacterial coating agent forming the pattern coating layer, it firmly adheres to each other. Along with it, an antibacterial coating having a color tone different from that of the mottled coating layer is attached to a stone pattern-forming brush in which a small-diameter coated hair that retains water repellency is linearly planted on one side of the support, The veins are bent or branched at an appropriate length in an oblique direction with respect to the mottled coating layer, and the veins are drawn in a tapered shape, or the curvature thereof is appropriately changed and the width is tapered. Because the pattern is drawn,
The contrast with the mottled pattern of the mottled coating layer is more distinct and creates a depth and profound feeling similar to natural marble and stone.

On the upper surface of the mottled coating layer or stone pattern coated layer, 55 to 65% by weight of polyacrylate, 0.04 to 0.06% by weight of aliphatic amine, 9 to 13% by weight of fatty acid polyisocyanate, And an antibacterial protective coating consisting of 23 to 33% by weight of ethylene glycol is applied by an appropriate means and an appropriate thickness to form an antibacterial protective layer, which is colorless and colorless and transparent. As a result, mottled patterns and stone patterns are visible and
Polyacrylate resin forms a coating layer with extremely strong, high hardness and excellent abrasion resistance in the presence of ethylene glycol,
In addition, aliphatic amines inhibit cytoplasmic function, and aliphatic polyisocyanates inhibit oxidative phosphorylation or -S.
Since it exerts an H group inhibitory action, the releasability on the surface of the antibacterial protective layer is improved and the growth and propagation of bacteria, fungi or yeast are suppressed.

Thus, after sufficiently drying, the surface of the base material (1
The primer-treated layer (2) is formed in A), and the primer-treated solution for forming the primer-treated layer (2) is mortar, wood board material, tile material,
It has a high chemical adhesiveness to a wide range of base materials such as board materials, and also has a high chemical adhesiveness to various kinds of coating agents applied to the upper surface of this primer treatment layer (2), and on the other hand Acrylic resin emulsion solution is selected because it is necessary to sufficiently diffuse and infiltrate into the minute and numerous recesses and gaps existing on the surface of the base material (1A) to maintain a viscosity capable of enhancing physical adhesiveness. What is done,
Depending on the state of the surface of the base material (1A), the viscosity is preferably about 30 to 300 poise (CP). Needless to say, a suitable means such as a brush, a roller, or spraying may be used as the means for applying the primer treatment liquid when forming the primer treatment layer (2).

Of particular importance to this antimicrobial coating is that its viscosity should be at least 600 poise (C) at 25 ° C.
P) or more. That is, the color pattern of natural marble or the like presents a mottled pattern in which at least two or more colors are mixed without being mixed, and shades are superimposed, or a color tone that forms the mottled pattern in the mottled pattern. A different color tone and a curved or branched portion with an appropriate length and a tapered width vein, or a rhomboid pattern with a variable width and tapered width. Further, in a granite or the like, a speckled pattern of an appropriate color tone is formed with a large number of speckled patterns having different color tones without being mixed with the speckled pattern. Conventionally, to draw such a mottled pattern or mottled pattern, it was necessary to apply a coating agent for each color tone many times to form a color or a pattern, but it is also a feature of the present invention that multi-color is applied in one application. In order to mix the color tones and to form the mottled pattern, the antibacterial coatings of the required color are preliminarily arranged in parallel in appropriate palettes, etc., and are simultaneously applied to the applicator. Since this means is used, it is necessary to maintain the viscosity such that the antibacterial coating agents of the respective colors are not mixed during the parallel dispensing. The specific color tone and amount of the antibacterial coating agent vary depending on the color pattern of the natural marble or stone to be drawn, but as an example of drawing a general marble pattern, dark blue 1 vs. vage 1 vs. dark green 0.7 vs. A ratio of 1.2 black, 1 dark blue to 1 dark rose to 1.2 light green to 0.7 gray is suggested. In such an antibacterial coating material containing a large amount of inorganic pigments, propylene glycol 08 to 1.2% by weight and butyl dioxane acetate 0.8 to 1.
Butyldioxane acetate, which contains 2% by weight, retains bactericidal activity against bacteria, fungi and yeasts on the other hand, thus further strengthening the antibacterial action of the antibacterial coating agent. .

In order to draw a mottled pattern on the upper surface of the primer-treated layer (2) with the antibacterial coating agent thus arranged in parallel, a mottled coater (4) as shown in FIG. 2 is used. That is, the mottled applicator (4) is made of a rigid material, and has a large number of concave portions (4B) of varying shape on its outer surface (4A) and having irregular shapes. Polyurethane,
Examples thereof include polyvinyl chloride, synthetic rubber, or synthetic resin such as polystyrene that is independently or continuously foam-molded, or natural sponge material. Particularly, it is preferable that the concave portions (4B) are irregularly formed for rendering a natural marble pattern, and small and large numbers are preferably used for rendering a granite pattern. Of course, some natural marbles have crushed stone patterns and fissure patterns in addition to the mottled pattern, but in the depiction of such patterns, the shape of the concave portion (4B) of the mottled applicator (4) was formed into a substantially rectangular shape. This can be dealt with by the use of a product, for example, a plant loofah wood is exemplified.

Then, the antibacterial coating material of each color distributed in parallel is applied to the outer surface (4A) of the mottled applicator (4), and the entire upper surface of the primer treatment layer (2) is applied. By tapping and applying the ink, the concave portions (4B) are left in a state where the respective color tones are mixed, and the concave edge (4C) is left.
An indefinite shape along the line, the material having rigidity is pressed by the tapping, and the substantially circular recess (4A) is further deformed, and the shading is superimposed in a mottled pattern, and the mottled pattern as shown in FIG. A mottled coating layer (3) in which is drawn is formed by coating.

In addition to such a mottled pattern, higher-grade natural marble and stone materials have a color tone different from the color tone of the mottled pattern and are bent or branched everywhere with an appropriate length, and the width thereof is tapered. Many have very sharp vein patterns, or a stone pattern such as a soft rhomboid pattern in which the curvature thereof appropriately changes and is tapered. In addition, since these stone patterns are generally formed in an achromatic color such as white, gray, or black and have a color tone of a substantially constant density, the color pattern further enhances the depth and the natural appearance. The present invention has been devised so that the stone pattern can also be visualized, and is an antibacterial coating agent for forming the mottled coating layer on the upper surface of the mottled coating layer (3) and having different color tones. As shown in FIG. 4, a material having water repellency so that the antibacterial coating material is not impregnated, such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester or polyvinyl chloride, is used. The coated hair (5A) made of a fiber material obtained by subjecting the fineness fiber to a water repellent treatment with silicone oil or the like is linearly planted on one side of the support body (5B) for gripping when drawing a stone pattern. It is attached to the tip of the stone pattern-forming brush (5) that is provided, and is bent or branched anywhere on the upper surface of the mottled coating layer (3) and at an appropriate length in an oblique direction, and its width is tapered. A stone vein pattern in a circular pattern, or change its curvature appropriately Stone crest the coating layer as shown in FIG. 5 by moving the allowed 且 its width to delineate rhyolite pattern on tapered (6) is the coating formed. In forming the stone pattern coating layer (6), the coating hair (5A) of the stone pattern forming brush (5) to which the antibacterial coating agent is applied is slid left and right on the upper surface of the spot pattern coating layer (3). The required width can be obtained by coating, and a thin line can be obtained by simply moving and moving the coating back and forth, and the vein pattern shown in FIG. 6 can be drawn. Moreover, since the applied hair (5A) has water repellency, the attached antibacterial coating agent releases hair at about the same concentration,
Stone veins are depicted. Also in the flow pattern, a desired flow pattern is drawn by sliding and applying the coated hair (5A) to the left and right while changing the curvature with an appropriate curvature.

Further, in the present invention, since the viscosity of the antibacterial coating agent forming the mottled coating layer is kept at least 600 poise (CP) or more at 25 ° C., the antibacterial coating agents having different color tones are obtained. Even if agents are distributed in parallel, they do not mix with each other, and the color tones can be mixed by simply applying the antibacterial coating agent distributed in parallel to the outer surface of the patch coater and tapping. Moreover, a mottled pattern in which shades are also superimposed is formed at the same time, so that it can be formed in a very short time with a very simple operation. Further, an antibacterial coating agent having a color different from that of the antibacterial coating agent for forming the mottled pattern can be attached to the stone pattern-forming brush, and a vein pattern or a flow pattern can be formed only by moving it to the left, right, front and rear. And the present invention, directly on the inner wall, ceiling, floor, outer wall, etc. of the building, or on the interior material substrate such as wood board material or board material, simply by applying means of stone material such as natural marble or granite Not only is it suitable for use as an interior / exterior material, it can form a high-grade antibacterial design coating with colors and patterns, and it can be easily changed to other colors and patterns with a coating method. It can be said that there are many antibacterial design coatings and methods for forming them.
