作時の温度判定を行う。18は鍋1の上部外側面に面
し、かつ前記保護枠12に取付けられた温度検出手段で
ある。19は制御ユニットで、この制御ユニット19は
第1図に示すように、前記温度検出手段18からの信号
を受け所定の温度に達したことを判定する温度判定手段
20と所定の温度に達すると前記温度判定手段20から
の信号により前記加熱手段21への出力を停止する加熱
制御手段22とを備えている。
