Abstract

PURPOSE:To attach a clockwork case to the back of a dial so as to be incapable of being turned and moved after the clockwork case has been moved and turned so that a pointer coincides with a graduation on the dial. CONSTITUTION:A mounting member 5 whose outer circumferential face 5c has been formed to be noncircular is fixed to the front of a clockwork case 1 in which a clockwork moving a pointer stepwise has been built. Then, a rotation-stopping ring 6 which can be slid and moved in the shaft direction but which cannot be turned relatively is fitted to the outer circumferential face 5c of the mounting member 5, a pointer shaft 2 is then passed through a central hole 7a in a dial 7, and the mounting member 5 is fixed temporarily to the back of the dial 7. Then, the clockwork case 1 is turned, moved and aligned so that the pointer coincides with a graduation 7b on the dial 7, and the rotation-stopping ring 6 is fixed to the back of the dial 7. Then, the mounting member 5 which has been fixed to the clockwork case 1 is fixed regularly to the back of the dial 7 via a fixation member 8.

If there is an error in the mounting position of the pointer on the pointer shaft, when the timepiece mechanical body is driven, the alignment between the hour hand and the minute hand (the minute hand indicates the 12 o'clock position). Sometimes, the hour hand cannot be surely pointing to the hour scale). Therefore, in order to correct such misalignment, it is necessary to remove the pointer from the pointer shaft, perform accurate alignment again, and mount the pointer on the pointer shaft. As mentioned above, if there is an error in the mounting position of the pointer on the pointer shaft, for example, in the case of a large timepiece that is installed outdoors, the time scale on the dial has a large time interval. Misalignment between the minute hand and the minute hand is particularly noticeable, resulting in inferior quality as a timepiece. Even if there is no error in the mounting position of the pointer on the pointer shaft, if there is an error in the mounting position of the timepiece machine case on the dial back face, the hour hand and minute hand cannot be aligned. I will end up. Furthermore, when a watch with a mechanical watch case attached to the back of the dial using center fixing screws is installed outdoors, metal parts or dials may be affected by the increase in outside air temperature during the daytime, for example due to direct sunlight. The thickness of itself is thermally expanded, and at night, the outside air temperature lowers, and the parts reversely contract. As a result, the center fixing screw will loosen, the weight of the hands will be applied, and the watch mechanical case will rotate from the initial mounting position on the back of the dial, making it impossible to obtain a stable and accurate time display. Can be considered. The present invention has been proposed in order to solve the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and its purpose is to ensure that the pointer attached to the pointer shaft protruding on the front surface of the dial matches the dial scale. It is possible to rotate only the watch mechanical case with respect to the dial, and after this alignment, the watch mechanical case is placed on the back of the dial,
An object of the present invention is to realize a method of attaching a timepiece mechanical case to a dial plate that can be fixed so as not to rotate from a position that is initially fixed.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIG. 1, an hour hand shaft 2a and a minute hand shaft 2b, which are pointer shafts 2, are coaxially fitted from the front of a timepiece machine body case 1 having a timepiece machine body (not shown) made of a train wheel. And is protruding. A ring-shaped male screw body 3 is integrally provided on the front surface of the timepiece mechanical body case 1 so as to be coaxial with the pointer shaft 2. A male screw portion 5a formed at the rear end of the mounting member 5 can be screwed into the female screw portion 3a of the male screw body 3 via a washer 4. A communication hole 5b through which the pointer shaft 2 penetrates is formed in the center of the mounting member 5, and the inner peripheral surface of this communication hole 5b can be screwed with a male screw portion 8a at the rear end of the fixing member 8 described later. Is formed. The outer peripheral surface 5c of the mounting member 5 is formed in a regular hexagonal shape. On the outer peripheral surface of the mounting member 5, a window portion 6a having the same regular hexagonal shape as the outer peripheral surface 5c of the mounting member 5 at the center thereof.
The detent ring 6 formed with can be fitted. Therefore, when the detent ring 6 is fitted to the mounting member 5, it is slidable in the axial direction with respect to the outer peripheral surface of the mounting member 5, but is relatively unrotatable (see FIG. 6). The mounting member 5 has a predetermined length (axial length) and, as will be described later, when the timepiece machine body case 1 is attached to the dial plate 7 rear surface, the timepiece machine body case 1 front surface is formed. It also has a function as a spacer for keeping the rear face of the dial 7 and the back face of the dial plate 7 at a predetermined distance. A circular center hole 7a is provided at the center of a circular dial 7 to which the timepiece body case 1 is attached, and a time scale 7b divided into 60 equal parts is provided around the center hole 7a. The inner diameter of the central hole 7a is smaller than the outer diameter of the mounting member 5 and the outer diameter of the rotation stop ring 6 and larger than the outer diameter of the pointer shaft 2. Therefore, when the timepiece mechanical case 1 is attached to the back face of the dial 7, only the pointer shaft 2 penetrates through the center hole 7a and projects toward the front of the dial 7. Hexagon nut-shaped fixing member 8
At the rear end portion, a male screw portion 8a is formed which penetrates the central hole 7a of the dial plate 7 and can be screwed with a female screw portion formed on the inner peripheral surface of the communication hole 5b of the mounting member 5. Further, a communication hole 8b through which the pointer shaft 2 penetrates is formed in the center of the fixing member 8. The above are the components, and the mounting method using these components will be described below. First, the washer 4 is attached to the ring-shaped male screw body 3 on the front surface of the timepiece mechanical case 1.
The male threaded portion 5a formed on the rear end of the mounting member 5 is screwed through to fix the mounting member 5 to the timepiece mechanical case 1 (FIG. 2). Next, the detent ring 6 is fitted to the outer peripheral surface 5c of the mounting member 5, and the pointer shaft 2 is inserted from the rear surface of the dial plate 7.
Through the central hole 7a of the dial plate 7 and projecting to the front of the dial plate 7, then from the front of the dial plate 7, the male screw portion of the fixing member 8 is passed through the central hole 7a of the dial plate 7. Mounting member 5
The timepiece body case 1 is screwed to the female screw part of
Temporarily fix it to the back of (Fig. 3). At this time, the male screw portion 8a of the fixing member 8 and the female screw portion 5b of the mounting member 5 are screwed together.
The timepiece body case 1 is set so that it can be manually rotated on the back surface of the dial 7 without applying too much force. The rotation stop ring 6 is located on the side of the watch mechanical case 1 (upward in FIG. 3).
It is desirable to slide it. In this state, that is, in the state where the timepiece mechanical case 1 is temporarily fixed to the back surface of the dial 7, the hour hand 2a and the minute hand 2b which are the pointer shafts 2 are respectively provided with pointers 9.
The hour hand 9a and the minute hand 9b are attached (FIG. 4). In this state, the timepiece mechanical body is driven so that the feed speed of the hands 9 is faster than the normal hand movement speed, so that the hands 9 match the scale of the dial 7, that is, between the hour hand 9a and the minute hand 9b. The timepiece body case 1 is manually rotated on the rear surface of the dial 7 so that the alignment can be achieved. When the positioning of the timepiece body case 1 is completed, the screw engagement between the male screw portion of the fixing member 8 and the female screw portion of the mounting member 5 is tightened, and the rotation fitting the outer peripheral surface of the mounting member 5 is performed. The stop member is then slid in the opposite direction (downward in FIG. 3) to join the back of the dial 7. An appropriate amount of epoxy adhesive is injected into the joint between the rotation stopper ring 6 and the back face of the dial plate 7 to fix the rotation stopper ring 6 and the back face of the dial plate 7 to each other. 7 The main fixing to the back is completed (Fig. 5). As described above, when the detent ring 6 is fitted to the mounting member 5, the anti-rotation ring 6 is attached to the outer peripheral surface 5c of the mounting member 5.
It is slidable in the axial direction, but relatively non-rotatable. Therefore, when the anti-rotation member is fixed to the back face of the dial 7,
The timepiece mechanical case 1 is also fixed to the dial 7 so as not to rotate (see FIG. 6). In particular, in an outdoor timepiece that is installed outdoors, the thickness of the metal parts 5, 8 and the dial 7 itself is thermally expanded during the daytime, for example, due to the increase in the outside temperature due to direct sunlight, and at night, the outside temperature is increased. The phenomenon that the parts descend and the parts contract in reverse is repeated.
As a result, the screw engagement (FIG. 3) between the female screw portion 5b of the mounting member 5 and the male screw portion 8a of the fixing member 8 may be slightly loosened from the initial state. However, according to the configuration of the present invention, even if the tightening force of the fixing member 8 is somewhat reduced, the window portion 6a of the detent ring 6 fixed to the back surface of the dial 7 is secured.
However, since it is non-rotatably fitted to the outer peripheral surface 5c of the mounting member 5 fixed to the timepiece machine body case 1 (FIG. 6), the timepiece machine body case 1 itself is first attached to the back of the dial 7. Rotation from the attached position (FIG. 5) can be prevented, and stable and accurate time display can be performed. If the fixing member 8 is loosened from the front of the dial 7 with a spanner or the like, the timepiece mechanical case 1 can be detached from the back of the dial 7. The mounting member 5 is the watch mechanical case 1
When attached to the back of the dial 7, the watch mechanical case 1
Since the front face and the back face of the dial plate 7 also have a function as a spacer for keeping a predetermined distance (see FIG. 5), the dial plate 7 of the timepiece shown in this embodiment is made of a translucent material. However, when applied to an internally illuminated timepiece in which a light source such as a fluorescent lamp is provided inside a timepiece frame (not shown), the shadow of the timepiece mechanical case 1 should not be strongly reflected on the dial 7. You can In this embodiment, the outer peripheral surface 5c of the mounting member 5 has a regular hexagonal shape, and the detent member fitted to the outer peripheral surface of the mounting member 5 has a window portion having the same regular hexagonal shape as the outer peripheral surface of the mounting member 5. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and when the detent ring 6 is fitted to the mounting member 5, it is slidable in the axial direction with respect to the outer peripheral surface 5c of the mounting member 5. However, as long as it satisfies the condition of being relatively incapable of rotation, it is sufficient. Further, the female screw portion is formed on the side of the mounting member 5 and the male screw portion is formed on the side of the fixing member 8 to connect them, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the male screw portion is formed on the side of the mounting member 5. May be formed, and a female screw portion may be formed on the side of the fixing member 8 to connect the both.

1. A method for mounting a timepiece mechanical case containing a timepiece mechanical body for step-moving a pointer on a dial, which has a communication hole through which a pointer shaft penetrates in the front surface of the timepiece mechanical case. A step of fixing a mounting member whose outer peripheral surface is formed into a non-circular shape, and a detent ring which is slidable in the axial direction but relatively non-rotatable is fitted to the outer peripheral surface of the mounting member. The steps, the step of penetrating the pointer shaft through the central hole of the dial to temporarily fix the mounting member to the back surface of the dial, and the watch mechanical case so that the pointer matches the scale of the dial. The step of rotating and aligning, the step of fixing the detent ring to the back surface of the dial after the alignment, and the mounting member fixed to the timepiece mechanical case,
A method of mounting the timepiece mechanical case on the dial, which comprises the step of permanently fixing the timepiece to the back surface of the dial via a fixing member.
