で連結容器にして使用する。本発明は図8のようにパレ
ットとして利用することも出来る。パレット3はアルミ
押し出し材をスライスして製造できる。12は軽量化の
ための穴である。真空吸着具10の集合体13を使って
振動整列機(図示せず)で整列されたワークを一度に移
し換えることができる。
