イド部2が長手方向に沿つて形成されている。こ
れら一対のガイド部2間の部分は凹部3に形成さ
れている。上記ガイド部2の長手方向一端にはこ
れと直交する状態で固定片4がねじ5で取付固定
され、他端には支持壁6が立設されている。この
支持壁6の外面側には駆動源としての油圧あるい
は空圧のシリンダ7が取付けられ、その作動軸8
は上記凹部3に突出している。また、上記ガイド
部2には上記凹部3に入り込む取付部9を有した
可動体10がスライド自在に設けられている。こ
の可動体10の上面には可動片11がねじ12に
よつて取付け固定されている。また、上記シリン
ダ7の作動軸8は上記取付部9に連結されてい

部を突出させて設けたから、セラミツクス材料を
確実に、しかも外縁部にバリやそりなどがあつて
も、その部分を断続的な弾性部材間に位置させる
ことにより上記セラミツクス材料を損傷させるよ
うなことなく良好に保持することができる。
