Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide the longitudinal joint structure which can improve the waterproofness in the perfect surface water sealing structure, and possesses the excellent fireproofness and heat insulation performance. CONSTITUTION:A longitudinal joint structure is equipped with a decorative cover A consisting of a long body formed into an inverted hat shape, engagement body B consisting of a long flat plate, and a jointer C consisting of a long body having an almost hat shaped sectional surface. An inorganic sheet D is laid on the starting-up part 8 of the joiner C and an installation surface 7, and the edge parts of the left and right architectural panels E are installed on the inorganic sheet D on the installation surface 7. The left and right edges of the engagement body B are fixed on the surface member 11 of the architectural panel E by setting the near center of the engagement body B and the erection part 8 of the joiner C so as to be opposed each other through a fireproof heat insulating member F. The fixed groove 2 of the decorative cover A is fixed through contact at the near center of the engagement body B.

However, in the conventional structure as described above, only the iron plate, the backup material d, and the sealing material e are provided in the vertical joints, and the joints are significantly inferior in heat insulation and airtightness. The heat bridge between the decorative cover a and the joiner b causes a problem, and dew condensation occurs, and the structure is weak against heat of a flame such as a fire. Therefore, in such joint structure which is the weakest point in the wall structure, JIS-

An inorganic sheet is laid on the rising part of the joiner and the installation surface, and the ends of the left and right panels are laid on the inorganic sheet on the installation surface. The left and right ends of the locking body are fixed to the surface material of the panel so as to face each other through the fireproof heat insulating material, and the fixing groove of the decorative cover abuts and is fixed at approximately the center of the locking body to form the vertical joint. Because of the structured structure, the vertical joints are covered with two members, the locking body and the decorative cover, to improve waterproofness, airtightness, and design, and fire resistance interposed between the locking body and the joiner. The front side and the back side of the vertical joints are completely separated by the heat insulating material and the inorganic sheet, and by preventing the thermal bridge, mainly the fire resistance and heat insulating property of the vertical joints are improved, and the occurrence of dew condensation is prevented. This is to prevent Even in the event of a fire, the heat of the flame generated from the inside or outside of the building is blocked from being transmitted to the outside or the inside of the building, and a 1-hour fire resistance test of JIS-A-1304 (fire resistance test method for building structures) is performed. It proposes a vertical joint structure having a performance that passes.

Next, the vertical joint structure according to the present invention will be briefly described through construction examples. First, as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, it is arranged to be parallel to the wall foundation α made of steel frame foundation such as H-shaped steel material, square steel material, C-shaped steel material, L-shaped steel material, etc. provided in the vertical direction. Then, the installation surfaces 7 on both sides of the joiner C (which may be a separate body) integrally formed with the inorganic sheet D made of rock wool felt are fixed by a fixing tool β such as a screw screw. In addition, the wall base α is provided in advance in a position corresponding to the mounting length of the panel E so as to form a vertical joint.

By forming the vertical joints in this manner, the vertical joints are covered with the two members of the locking body B and the decorative cover A, so that waterproofness, airtightness, and designability are improved. In addition, the inorganic sheet D and the fireproof heat insulating material E interposed between the locking body B and the joiner C completely separate the front surface side and the back surface side of the vertical joint portion to prevent a thermal bridge, and mainly to prevent the vertical joint portion. It improves the fire resistance and heat insulation properties of and prevents the occurrence of dew condensation. As a result, even in the unlikely event of a fire, the heat of the flame generated from the inside or outside of the building is blocked from being transmitted to the outdoor side or the indoor side, and JIS-A-1304
The vertical joint structure can pass the fireproof 1 hour test of (Fireproof test method of building structure part).

As described above, according to the vertical joint structure of the present invention, the fixture does not appear at all on the external appearance of the wall body, and the surface is still waterproof. Since a fireproof heat insulating material is interposed between the locking body and the joiner, the heat insulation and airtightness of the joints are improved, and the front and back sides of the vertical joints are completely separated to prevent thermal bridges and condensation. Moreover, the vertical joints, which are the weakest points against heat, are strengthened, and JIS-A-1
It becomes a vertical joint structure that passes the fireproof 1 hour test of 304 (fireproof test method of building structure part). Even if the core material is an organic material such as a synthetic resin foam (phenolic foam or the like), a vertical joint structure that passes the fireproof 1 hour test is obtained.
Since the two members of the decorative cover and the locking body are present on the surface side of the vertical joint, the vertical joint structure has excellent waterproofness, airtightness, and strength. Due to the impact and vibration of placing the fixture, the decorative cover, which is the surface decorative material, does not have pecks, distortion, bending, etc., and therefore no skill is required for construction. There are characteristics and effects.

1. A vertical joint structure formed when a wall is formed by a building panel in which a core material is sandwiched between a front surface material and a back surface material, and a decorative surface having a substantially horizontal section and a substantially central portion of the decorative surface. A decorative cover made of a long body formed in an inverted hat shape from a fixing groove protruding downwardly and in a substantially concave shape, a locking body made of a long flat plate, and a horizontal installation surface having a substantially cross section. An installation sheet is provided with a joiner consisting of a long body formed in a hat shape from a rising portion projecting in a substantially convex shape upward from the central portion of the installation surface, and an inorganic sheet on the rising portion of the joiner and the installation surface. Laying, the ends of the left and right building panels are laid on the inorganic sheet on the installation surface, locking so that the approximate center of the locking body and the rising part of the joiner face each other through the fireproof heat insulating material. The left and right ends of the body are fixed to the surface material of the building panel. In addition, the vertical joint structure is characterized in that the fixing groove of the decorative cover abuts and is fixed to substantially the center of the locking body to form a vertical joint.
