According to this conventional technique, in a connector housing that accommodates a plurality of female bipolar terminals provided by fitting one side to a plurality of juxtaposed male terminals, a vertical side wall is formed inside a vertically open frame body. Partition walls are provided to form a plurality of terminal accommodating chambers, and inclined guide surfaces are formed on the left and right side walls of the frame body and the lower edge of the partition wall, and the lower end of the partition wall does not coincide with the lower opening end of the frame body. It is a connector housing characterized by being located in a part.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] In the above-mentioned conventional technique, the lid plate is screwed to the wiring board in a state where the brim formed by projecting on the lower part of the housing is pressed around the hole of the separately prepared lid plate. The housing is attached to the wiring board.

Therefore, it is necessary to prepare a lid plate separately, which is complicated and costly in terms of parts management, and it is difficult to work in narrow places and dark places because it requires screwing, and tools such as a screwdriver are required. The first problem is that it is necessary.

In particular, in this conventional example, the rising portion (folded piece) of a narrow circuit board
Since the base itself cannot be pressed by the lower surface of the housing, and the upper surface of the circuit board that is away from the base is pressed against the wiring board at the lower part of the inclined inner surface of the collar of the housing, the above-mentioned rising portion is deformed by external force. Or second position that is easily displaced
There was a problem.

In order to eliminate the above-mentioned problems, this invention inserts a bent piece base (a rising base) of a narrow conductive plate disposed on an insulating base directly into a slit formed on a protruding wall of the insulating base. It is possible to prevent the bent piece from being deformed and its position displaced and also to hold the locking bullet piece of the insulating base on the locking edge of the heat-resistant tubular body, thereby eliminating the need for the lid plate and its screwing. To aim.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The above-mentioned object of the present invention is to provide a pair of rectangular plate-shaped guide rails integrally in parallel with each other on the upper surface of an insulating base formed of plastic, and to front the guide rails. The upper surface of the part is cut back and slanted upward to project a locking bullet piece, and a projecting wall is integrally formed with the insulating base body at the rear part of the guide rail, and the intermediate part is inserted into the slit formed in the projecting wall. The narrow narrow conductive plate positioned by the above is disposed on the insulating base, and the vicinity of the tip of the narrow conductive plate passing through the slit is bent along the guide rail to form a bent piece, and the folded piece is further folded. A through hole through which a curved piece is passed and a guide groove that is engaged with the guide rail are formed, and a tubular body that is attached by being attached to the guide rail through the engaging bullet piece at the engaging edge is provided. Male engagement inserted in this cylinder This can be achieved by providing the body with a female connecting piece inserted into the bent piece.

[Operation] Small-width conductive plate (bus bar) fixedly mounted on the insulating base
By inserting the base of the bent piece into the slit formed in the protruding wall of the insulating base, the bent piece can be clamped against the protruding wall, and the bending piece can receive external force due to insertion and removal of the female connecting piece. It will not be transformed into a delusion and will not be displaced.

1. A pair of rectangular plate-shaped guide rails 3 are integrally and parallelly projected on an upper surface 2 of an insulating substrate 1 formed of plastic, and front upper surfaces of these guide rails 3 are cut obliquely rearward and upward. And a projecting wall 5 is integrally formed on the insulating substrate 1 at the rear portion of the guide rail 3, and a middle portion is engaged with a slit 5a formed in the projecting wall 5. The positioned narrow narrow conductive plate 6 is disposed on the insulating base 1, and the slit 5a of the narrow conductive plate 6 is arranged.
The vicinity of the tip passing through is bent along the guide rail 3 to form a bent piece 7, and a through hole 8 through the bent piece 7 and a guide groove 9 engaged with the guide rail 3 are formed. A cylindrical body 11 is provided which is respectively formed and fixed to the guide rail 3 via the locking bullet piece 4 with the locking edge 10 and is attached. A conductive connecting device having a female connecting piece 12 inserted into the bending piece 7 and internally provided.
