In this conventional technology, in a connector housing that accommodates a plurality of female bipolar terminals that are provided by fitting one side into a plurality of male terminals arranged in parallel, a connector housing is provided inside a frame body that opens upwardly and downwardly and perpendicularly to the longitudinal side wall. A partition wall is provided to form a plurality of terminal accommodating chambers, and an inclined guide surface is formed on the left and right side walls of the frame body and a lower edge of the partition wall, and the lower end of the partition wall is positioned on the inner and outer sides that do not match the lower opening end of the frame body. This is a connector housing characterized in that the connector housing is located in the

[Problem to be solved by the invention] In the conventional technology described above, the lid body is screwed to the wiring board while the flange formed protruding from the lower part of the housing is pressed down around the hole in a separately prepared lid plate. The housing is attached to the wiring board.

Therefore, it is necessary to separately prepare a cover plate, which is complicated in terms of parts management and increases costs.
The first problem is that it is difficult to work in narrow or dark places because it requires screwing, and a tool such as a screwdriver is required.

In particular, in this conventional example, the base of the rising part (bent piece) of the narrow circuit board cannot be held down by the bottom surface of the housing, and the top surface of the circuit board away from the base is wired at the bottom of the slanted inner surface of the housing's collar. Since it is in pressure contact with the substrate, there is a second problem in that the rising portion is easily deformed or displaced by external force.

In order to eliminate the above-mentioned problems, this invention involves directly inserting the bent base (rising base) of a narrow conductive plate disposed on the insulating base into a slit formed in the protruding wall of the insulating base. The purpose is to prevent the bending piece from deforming and shifting its position by holding it in place, and also to make the lid plate and its screw fixing unnecessary by locking the locking piece of the heat-resistant cylindrical body to the ridge of the insulating base. shall be.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The purpose of this invention described above is to provide an insulating base made of plastic, a pair of reel edges provided on both sides of the protruding edge of this insulating base, and each terminal end of each of these reel edges. a protruding wall protruding from the surface of the base in the vicinity; an elongated narrow conductive plate partially inserted into a slit in the protruding wall and disposed on the insulating base;
The narrow conductive plate is provided with a bent piece formed substantially parallel between the edges of the rail, a through hole through which the bent piece passes, and a groove that engages with the rail edge, and a locking elastic piece is connected to the edge of the rail. each comprises an insulating cylindrical body that is secured to the edge and attached to the insulating base, and a male engaging body that is provided with a female connecting piece that is inserted into the bent piece within the cylindrical body. This is accomplished by holding the base of the bent piece between the protruding wall and the slit.

[Function] By inserting the base of the bent piece of the narrow conductive plate (bus bar) fixedly arranged on the insulating base into the slit formed in the protruding wall of the insulating base, the base of the bent piece is attached to the protruding wall. The bent piece can be held against the female connecting piece, so that the bent piece will not be unnecessarily deformed or displaced due to external forces such as insertion and removal of the female connecting piece.

When the insulating base is pushed in from the front, aiming at the rail edge and applying the concave groove of the cylinder, the locking piece of the cylinder will be pushed by the pressing stress exerted by the ridge of the insulating base on its lower slope. After the gap narrows while bending against the elasticity, the end face of the locking bullet snaps into the inner surface of the protruding edge of the insulating base as the pushing is continued, and engages elastically, and by one-shot locking. The cylindrical body can be attached to the insulating base in a so-called "cassette pop" style.

Since the conductive connection device of this invention has the above-described configuration, first, as shown in FIGS. When the locking bullet 10 is pushed in while applying the groove 9 of the cylindrical body 11, the locking bullet 10 bends against the elasticity due to the pressing stress caused by the ridge 2 of the notch 3 applied to the lower inclined surface of the locking bullet 10. Gap 1
9 becomes narrower, the end face of the locking elastic piece 10 is brought into contact with the inner surface of the protruding edge 2 of the insulating base 1 by continuing the above-mentioned pushing.
As shown in the figure, it snaps into elastic engagement,
By one-shot locking, the cylindrical body 11 can be attached to the insulating base 1 in a so-called "cassette-pond" manner as shown in FIGS. 3 and 5.

When the cylinder body 11 is pushed in while aiming at the groove 9, the locking bullet piece 10 of the cylinder body is pressed against the elasticity of the pressing stress by the ridge 2 of the insulating base 1 applied to the inclined surface. However, after the gap 19 narrows, as the pushing is continued, the locking bullet 10 comes off from the flange 2 and returns to its original position with a snap, elastically engaging with the 2 surfaces of the flange, and the cylinder is closed by one locking. The body 11 can be attached to the insulating base 1 in a so-called "cassette-pond" manner.

During this installation, the narrow conductive plates 6, 6 and the bent base 7A are inserted and supported in the slit 5a of the projecting wall 5 in advance, so automatic insertion can be easily carried out and the assembly yield can be reduced. In addition, the above-mentioned insertion does not require work such as tightening screws, so no tools such as a screwdriver are required.Furthermore, there is no need for other parts such as a cover plate for fixing the cylinder, so it is easy to work and can be used in narrow spaces. The second effect is that it can be implemented by groping, even in a dark place, and it is advantageous in terms of cost.

Since the female connecting piece 12 is inserted into the slit 5a formed in the protruding wall 5 and is clamped in advance by the protruding wall 5, the female connecting piece 12 can be easily inserted into and removed from the bent piece. The female connecting piece 12 for the bending piece 7 does not accidentally deform or shift its position.
By inserting the bent piece 7, the bent piece 7 is further firmly supported and fixed, so that the third effect is that the electrical connection can be maintained in good condition for a long period of time.
