[Detailed description of the invention] [Industrial application field] This invention relates to a conductive connection device, and more specifically, a bent base of a narrow conductive plate, usually called a bus bar, is inserted into a slit provided in a projecting wall of an insulating base. This invention relates to a connection device that prevents bent pieces of a narrow conductive plate from being deformed by external force or accidentally shifting when held together.

In this conventional technology, in a connector housing that accommodates a plurality of female bipolar terminals that are provided by fitting one side into a plurality of male terminals arranged in parallel, a connector housing is provided inside a frame body that opens upwardly and downwardly and perpendicularly to the longitudinal side wall. A partition wall is provided to form a plurality of terminal accommodating chambers, and an inclined guide surface is formed on the left and right side walls of the frame body and a lower edge of the partition wall, and the lower end of the partition wall is positioned on the inner and outer sides that do not match the lower opening end of the frame body. This is a connector housing characterized in that the connector housing is located in the

Therefore, it is necessary to separately prepare a cover plate, which is complicated in terms of parts management and increases costs.
The first problem is that it is difficult to work in narrow or dark places because it requires screwing, and a tool such as a screwdriver is required.

In particular, in this conventional example, the base of the rising part (bent piece) of the narrow circuit board cannot be held down by the bottom surface of the housing, and the top surface of the circuit board away from the base is wired at the bottom of the slanted inner surface of the housing's collar. Since it is in pressure contact with the substrate, there is a second problem in that the rising portion is easily deformed or displaced by external force.

In order to eliminate the above-mentioned problems, this invention involves directly inserting the bent base (rising base) of a narrow conductive plate disposed on the insulating base into a slit formed in the protruding wall of the insulating base. By clamping the bent piece to prevent deformation and displacement of the bent piece, and by locking the locking elastic piece of the insulating base to the locking edge of the heat-resistant cylinder,
The purpose is to eliminate the need for a cover plate and its screw fixing.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The purpose of this invention described above is to provide an insulating base formed of plastic, a locking protrusion, a locking bullet, and a projecting wall provided on the surface of the insulating base, and the projecting wall. an elongated narrow conductive plate inserted into a slit formed in the narrow conductive plate, a bent piece formed on the narrow conductive plate, a through hole through which the bent piece passes, and a side piece that engages with the locking protrusion, and a cylindrical body that is latched and attached to the insulating base body through the latching elastic piece at the latching edge, and a male type latching member that is provided with a female connecting piece that is inserted into the bent piece within the cylindrical body. This is accomplished by holding the base of the bent piece between the protruding wall and the slit.

[Function] By inserting the base of the bent piece of the narrow conductive plate (bus bar) fixedly arranged on the insulating base into the slit formed in the protruding wall of the insulating base, the bent piece is held against the protruding wall. Therefore, the bent piece will not be unnecessarily deformed or displaced due to external force caused by insertion and removal of the female connecting piece.

In addition, the locking piece of the insulating base locks into the locking edge of the cylinder with a single snap, allowing it to be mounted and mounted in a so-called "cassette-pong" style. Automatic mounting is facilitated because the pieces are held within their slits by the projecting wall as described above.

When the insulating base 1 is pushed in from the front, aiming at the locking protrusion 3 while applying the side piece 9 of the cylindrical body 11,
The locking bullet piece 4 becomes horizontal while bending against the elasticity due to the pressing stress from the lower surface of the cylinder body 11 applied to its upper inclined surface, and then the end surface of the locking bullet piece 4 becomes horizontal.
The cylindrical body 11 can be inserted into the inner surface of the locking edge 10 of the first locking edge 10 and elastically engaged, and the cylinder body 11 can be attached to the insulating base 1 in a so-called "cassette pop" style by one-shot locking.

In addition, the above-mentioned insertion does not require work such as tightening screws, so no tools such as a screwdriver are required.Furthermore, there is no need for other parts such as a cover plate for fixing the cylinder, so it is easy to work and can be used in narrow spaces. The second effect is that it can be implemented by groping, even in a dark place, and it is advantageous in terms of cost.

In particular, with this invention, the upper part of another bus bar embedded in the surface 2 of the insulating base 1 can be covered and protected with a cylinder, and the base 7A of the bent piece 7 of the narrow conductive plate 6 (bus bar) can be protected. is inserted into a slit 5a formed in the protruding wall 5 of the insulating base 1 and is held between the protruding walls 5. Therefore, the bent piece 7 can be easily inserted into and removed from the female connecting piece 12, and is free from external forces caused by this insertion and removal. It does not deform or shift its position unexpectedly,
Also, by inserting the female connecting piece 12 into the bent piece 7,
Furthermore, since the bent piece 7 is firmly supported and fixed, it has the third effect of being able to maintain good electrical connection for a long period of time.
