Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent elongation, strain, and deformation of a matrix to eliminate a defect of a resin molded piece by a method wherein a substrate for keeping a matrix shape is fixed to a chase of a die for resin molding and embedded in a silicone rubber matrix provided on the inner surface of the chase. CONSTITUTION:An appropriate amount of lenticular shaping resin liquid 4 is casted onto the inner bottom surface of a chase 1 of a die to be charged therein, thereby being formed into a silicone rubber matrix 2. A substrate 6 for keeping a matrix shape is embedded in the silicone rubber matrix 2. The substrate 6 is fixed to the chase 1 by fixtures 7. After resin liquid is charged on the inner surface of the chase 1 by an appropriate amount, a panel 3 is so fixed as to be a predetermined distance spaced from the matrix 2. After the resin is cured, the resin is removed from the chase 1 together with the panel 3. The embedding of the substrate 6 prevents the deformation, elongation, and the like of the silicone rubber matrix caused by the cure shrinkage and the like of the shaping resin 4, therefore ensuring an accurate transfer of the shape of the matrix 2 to a surface to be shaped.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 2, a resin molding die used for injecting and molding a curable shaping resin into a mold has a silicone rubber on the bottom surface of the mold 21, for example. The lenticular mold 22 is arranged. In this mold, a lenticular shaping resin 24 is poured onto a mold 21 and a silicone rubber lenticular curving mold 22,
Next, the panel 23 on which the lenticular is to be formed is moved to a predetermined position and held, and is used when the resin is cured and molded. At the time of curing the resin, the shape of the silicone rubber lenticular mold 22 is formed on the cured resin and the resin is fixed to the panel 23, and as a result, a lenticular lens is formed on the front surface of the panel.

The resin molding die of the present invention having the above construction operates and operates as follows. The silicone rubber mother die arranged on the inner surface of the mold forms a lenticular shaping surface. Since the support is embedded in the silicone rubber mother die and retains the shape of the mother die, the silicone rubber mother die is prevented from being stretched, distorted or deformed due to the curing temperature or shrinkage of the molding resin, and the mother body is attached to the lenticular shaped surface. Accurately transfer the shape of the mold.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the drawings by embodiments. FIG. 1 is a sectional view showing how a resin layer of a lenticular lens is formed on the panel 3 by using the resin molding die of one embodiment according to the present invention. The resin molding die of this embodiment is a mold used for injecting and molding a lenticular shaping resin into the mold frame 1, and is a silicone rubber mother die arranged on the inner surface of the bottom of the mold frame 1. Two
A support (punching plate) 6 that holds the shape of the mother die is embedded in the mold, and the support 6 is fixed to the mold 1 by a fixture (bolt) 7. A material having a high elastic modulus is suitable for this support, and examples thereof include punching plates such as stainless spring steel, FRP, and CFRP, and wire mesh. The silicone rubber lenticular lens master mold here is, for example, a master mold in which a lenticular lens shape of a conventionally used mold is used as a female mold,
Silicone rubber is poured into the original mold and cured to obtain a mother mold having the same shape as the lenticular lens shape conventionally used, which is made of silicone.

A lenticular shaping resin liquid is poured into the mold 1. The panel 3 comprises a mold 1 filled with an appropriate amount of resin liquid, and a lenticular silicone rubber mold 2 at the bottom.
It is fixed so as to keep a predetermined distance from. In this way, after the resin has hardened after a certain period of time, if the panel 3 and the resin 4 are taken out from the frame 1, the panel 3 and the lenticular lens are shaped and integrated without an air layer between the resin 4 and the resin 4. Can be formed as desired. The silicone rubber mother die arranged on the inner surface of the mold forms the shaping surface.
Since the support is embedded in the silicone rubber mold to maintain the shape of the mold, the silicone rubber mold is prevented from being stretched, distorted, or deformed due to the curing temperature or shrinkage of the molding resin, and the mold is placed on the molding surface. The shape of is accurately transferred.
