小型リレー(動作信号用の電気回路の遮断のため,大容
量のものでなくても可能である。)を動作させ,本体電
動車椅子側のコントロールボックス内の電源スイッチ用
または駆動用信号を遮断することにより,電動車椅子の
動作を止められる。また,装置Aにて,小型リレー回路
と並列に入れてあるスイッチCをの方向にし”センサ
ー動作解除”とすることで,小型リレーの動作を無視し
(つまり,センサーによるリレー動作の役割を無視する
こと)信号遮断を復改(元のままにつなげる)ことがで
き,元のままの電動車椅子として使用できる。したがっ
て,電動車椅子が動作中に物(障害物)を検出して動作
