Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the operability of assembly and further to make prevention of noise possible such as radio noise by a method wherein an output terminal prepared by putting a bolt and a capacitor in one body with synthetic resin is connected between an output terminal in the axial direction and a bowl- shaped cover from outside of an AC generator. CONSTITUTION:A bowl-shaped cover 1 supporting a rotating shaft, an output terminal 2 in the axial direction connected to a rectifier projecting outside this cover 1, and an output terminal 4 connected to the output terminal 2 in the axial direction, directed toward the direction of the circumference of the cover and connected with the outside, are provided. る。又、負極は端子8bを介して前記ナット5での締付
けの際、リアブラケット1に接触される。出力端子4は
図3の様に外部と絶縁する樹脂4aで一体成形されてい
る。4bは出力端子4の突出ネジ部で、交流発電機の出
力軸に対してほぼ直角に円周方向へ出て車両側端子と接
続される(図示せず)。7はナットを包含して、軸方向
出力端子2と出力端子4の接続部分を絶縁保護する樹脂
キャップで、上記樹脂4aに嵌合される。

用交流発電機。
