の重大事故につながる恐れがあつた。又上記のような問
題点を避けるために、即刻緩速にすることも考えられる
が、急に緩速にした場合すでに乗つている乗客に危害を
及ぼす危険性があつた。

客コンベアは緩速となる。低速運転用リレーLが付勢す
ることにより、その接点Laは閉じ、(+)−La−T−
(-)の回路が形成され、タイマーリレーTに通電がなさ
れ一定時限後たとえば5秒経過後付勢しその接点TAを
閉じる。こにより、(+)−TA−4−(-)の回路より乗り
込み案内装置4は通電され、例えばエスカレータが低速
運転になつたので乗つて下さい。等の表示や放送を行な
う、このことより身障者や老人の方々は安心してエスカ
レータに乗り込むことができる。尚、乗客コンベア乗り
込み口に、身障者や老人等が操作する専用スイツチを設
けたが、通過したら作動する光電装置を設けても良い、
勿論同種の移動道路にも利用できるものである。
