処理材の脱着と吊下げ治具に対する枠付補助治具の脱着
を単一のバイス押え操作により行うことができ、枠付補
助治具を用いた場合の枠付操作の繁雑さを解消でき、複
数の被処理材の同時枠付けを比較的簡単に行うことがで
きる。また、このような枠付補助治具を吊下げ治具に装
着して用いるものであるため、被処理材をフリーピッチ
で枠付けすることができ、被処理材枠付けの作業能率を
向上できると共に、被処理材のサイズに応じたピッチで
の枠付けが可能となり、表面処理における酸化皮膜や塗
膜厚さの均一性、着色の均一性等の処理品品質の向上も
図ることができる。

挾着保持したときに押圧体上端(16a、24a)が吊
下げ治具の押圧部材上端(8a)と高さ関係において略
同一位置に配されるような長さを有することを特徴とす
る縦吊式表面処理用被処理材の枠付補助治具。
