Conventional technology and its problems Conventionally, as a base material for synthetic leather based on a nonwoven fabric, 2 to
A synthetic fiber web of 3 denier nylon, polyester or the like is needle punched and then synthetic impregnated with a synthetic resin emulsion such as SBR, acryl or vinyl chloride by dry impregnation. On the other hand, a split fiber consisting of a plurality of resin components of 2-3 denier having a texture or feel similar to that of natural leather is spun by carding, needle-punched, and wet-impregnated with urethane resin to obtain the above composite. There is also seen a base material for artificial leather, which is obtained by dissolving and removing a part of the fiber to make it ultrafine. The texture of this artificial leather base material is well-received, but it has to be dissolved and extracted up to about half the volume of the composite fiber, which is very expensive because it requires a removal step with an organic solvent. There is.

In addition, in order to improve the texture after the wet impregnation of the urethane resin, water-soluble resin such as polyvinyl alcohol and carboxymethyl cellulose is pre-impregnated before the wet impregnation, and the supple artificial leather is dissolved and removed after the wet impregnation of the urethane resin. However, there is a problem that the effect is small unless the amount of the water-soluble resin attached is considerably increased.

There is a great difference in texture, feel, performance, price, etc. between these synthetic leathers and artificial leathers, and it is the current situation that no intermediate synthetic / artificial leathers are found.

That is, a synthetic fiber web of 0.5 to 3 denier nylon, polyester or the like which can be carded is made into a non-woven fabric sheet having an apparent density of 0.15 to 0.30 g / cm 3 by nidol punching and then polyvinyl alcohol. , Carboxymethyl cellulose, polyacrylic acid, polyacrylamide, polyethylene oxide, aqueous solution resins such as polyethyleneimine, fluorine-based or silicon-based water and oil repellents are applied individually or partially in combination in a dotted manner, and the above water-soluble resin An artificial leather having a very soft texture was obtained by partially coating the fibers with a water and oil repellent and then wet impregnating the urethane resin. Further, the above water-soluble resin can be easily removed only by treating it with a conventional urethane wet impregnation method, and when the composite splittable fiber is used, a special extraction removal step using a solvent is not required. .

Next, the amount of the water-soluble polymer resin / water / oil repellent to be applied to the present invention is preferably 1 to 50%, and particularly 1 to 10% is sufficient when the fluorine-based water / oil repellent is applied alone. And
When the content is more than 10%, the texture is soft, but the feeling of unity between the fiber and the urethane resin is lost, and the falling of the fiber and the deterioration of physical properties such as tensile strength and tear strength are large, which is preferable. Further, the dot-like array pattern of the water-soluble polymer resin / water / oil repellent agent can be freely selected according to the intended use and purpose. That is, in the case of applications such as clothing that requires small shear stress and requires drapability, it is preferable to provide a regular array, and shoes that require dimensional stability and strength.
In the case of use such as a bag, it is preferable to give a random arrangement having no regularity. By the way, the distribution state of adhesion of the water-soluble polymer resin / water / oil repellent agent in the thickness direction of the needle punched nonwoven fabric sheet is related to the bending hardness after urethane wet impregnation, so-called strength of the waist, and changes as desired. It is possible to have
