[Prior art and its problems] Plywood obtained by laminating sawn timber and veneer, veneer laminated plate (LV
L., LVB) and other wood boards are used in a wide variety of applications as members for construction and furniture. Since they have a constant fiber direction, they have a large expansion coefficient in the direction perpendicular to the fiber direction due to water absorption or moisture, and lack in dimensional stability.
Furthermore, the strength against bending load in the direction parallel to the fiber direction is low, and since there are conduit holes on the surface, surface printing, surface painting,
There has been a problem that it is necessary to perform a base treatment such as a sealer treatment or a sealing treatment at the time of processing such as pasting paper.

Plate-like products generally called wood fiberboard are a generic name for a group of products having different properties, and a large number of plate-like products having different properties are provided in order to meet the required performance for various applications. According to Japanese Industrial Standards, these fiberboards have a specific gravity of soft fiberboard (specific gravity 0.4 or less) and medium fiberboard (specific gravity 0.4).
.About.0.8) and a hard fiber board (specific gravity 0.8 or more). The properties and strength of each fiber board are different due to the difference in specific gravity. That is, soft fiberboard is mainly used for building wall surfaces, ceilings, base materials, tatami mats, etc., medium fiberboard is mainly used for furniture members and construction, and hard fiberboard is mainly used as automobile interior members. There is. If necessary, surface printing, surface painting,
Various secondary processings such as sheet attachment and embossing are performed.

A wood fiber board is made by sprinkling wood fibers mixed with an adhesive at a predetermined position to form a continuous mat having an arbitrary thickness, cutting the mat to a certain size, and then pressing the fixed size mat to a constant size. It is obtained by forming a plate-shaped body having a thickness. Since such a wood fiber board has no orientation of wood fibers, it has uniform expansion and contraction characteristics in each direction due to water absorption, moisture absorption or drying, and is used as a homogeneous product. On the other hand, however, the strength of the wood fiber board is lower than the strength against bending load in the direction orthogonal to the fiber direction of the wood board, as compared with the wood board having the same specific gravity.

[Means for Solving Problems] The present invention has been made in view of the above problems of the prior art, and a wood board is adhered to the front and back surfaces of a wood fiber board having a specific gravity of 0.5 or less, Further, it is a laminated board formed by adhering and integrating wood fiberboards having a specific gravity of 0.5 to 1.2 to the outer surfaces of these woodboards.

The specific gravity of the wood fiberboard to be the central layer of this laminate is 0.
It is 5 or less. When the specific gravity of the wood fiber board is larger than 0.5, the total weight of the laminated board is increased and the workability and workability are impaired, which is not preferable.

The wood fiberboard should have a specific gravity of 0.5-
1.2. The reason is that if the specific gravity is less than 0.5, it is preferable from the viewpoint of weight reduction, but the bending strength as a laminated plate cannot be sufficiently obtained, and the intended use is limited. From the viewpoint of improving the bending strength, it is preferable to use one having a specific gravity of 0.8 or more (hard fiber board).
On the contrary, if the specific gravity exceeds 1.2, the bending strength is improved, but the weight increase is remarkable. As described above, the specific gravity range of the wood fiberboard is specified in order to achieve both high lightness and strength characteristics as a laminated board.

The specific gravity of these wood boards is about 0.4 to 0.6,
It is preferable that the specific gravity of each plate material constituting the laminated board is the smallest in the wood fiber board forming the central layer, the specific gravity of the wood board is next largest, and the maximum is in the wood fiber board forming the front and back layers. As a result, a good balance between lightness and strength characteristics can be secured.

With regard to the thickness of each plate constituting these laminated plates, the thickness t1 of the low specific gravity wood fiberboard forming the central layer and the two high specific gravity wood fiber plates and two wood plates forming the front and back layers are used. It is preferable to select each plate thickness such that the ratio of the plate thickness to the total thickness t2 is within the range of t1: t2 = 1: 0.5 to 2.5. If the plate thickness t1 of the low-density wood fiber board forming the central layer is larger than this range, the laminated board is lightened in weight, but sufficient bending strength cannot be obtained. Also, the plate thickness t1
If the thickness is less than this range, the strength can be improved, but the total weight of the laminated plate increases, and the workability such as cutting and cutting deteriorates, and the handling during processing and construction becomes difficult.

Such a laminated board is a low specific gravity wood fiber board that forms the center layer,
After manufacturing the high specific gravity wood fiber board and wood board forming the front and back layers respectively according to a conventional method, urea resin system, urethane resin system,
Using synthetic resin adhesive such as epoxy resin type, pinyl resin type, phenol resin type, or their modified resin type,
Laminate the wood board on the front and back of the low specific gravity wood fiber board,
Further, it is obtained by laminating high specific gravity wood fiber boards on the outer surface of each of these wood boards and then press-bonding them by hot pressing or cold pressing.

[Embodiment] A laminated board according to an embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 1 is a wood board 1a having a specific gravity of 0.46, which is made of lauan veneer, on the front and back surfaces of a medium fiber board 3 having a specific gravity of 0.42, respectively. 1b is adhered, and hard fiber boards 2a, 2b having a specific gravity of 0.85 are adhered and integrated on the outer side surfaces of the wood boards 1a, 1b, respectively.

FIG. 2 shows a laminated plate according to another embodiment of the present invention, which is manufactured for use as a shaft member (bar-shaped product) which is generally narrow and long in the longitudinal direction, such as a beam or a pillar. In such applications, strength in the axial direction (Young's modulus of bending) is particularly required. Therefore, the total thickness of the wood boards 1a, 1b and the wood fiber boards 2a, 2b forming the front and back layers constitutes the center wood. It is preferable that the thickness of the fiber board 3 is 1.5 times or more. With such a plate thickness ratio, in addition to the compressive strength and tensile strength of the wood fiber boards 2a and 2b forming the front and back layers, the restraining force of the wood boards 1a and 1b is sufficiently exerted, and the weight of the shaft material is increased. And shows high strength (Young's modulus of bending). When wood veneers are used as the wood boards 1a and 1b, they are arranged so that the fiber direction thereof coincides with the longitudinal direction of the shaft material.

[Effects of the Invention] Since the wood fiberboard having a relatively large specific gravity is arranged in the front and back layers of the laminated board according to the present invention, when an external force is applied to the surface, the compressive strength of the high specific gravity wood fiberboard on the surface side And the bending Young's modulus (rigidity) which is excellent due to the tensile strength of the high specific gravity wood fiberboard on the back side. Furthermore, since the wood boards are adhered to the inner surfaces of the high-density wood fiber boards of the front and back layers, the bending strength is further enhanced by the restraining force of the wood boards. In addition, the high-density wood boards of the front and back layers are excellent in dimensional stability against water and moisture, and have good surface cosmetic properties because they give a smooth surface, and are sheet-shaped decorative materials such as vinyl chloride sheet, veneer, and decorative paper. The surface sticking process (overlay process), the surface printing process, the surface coating process, the embossing process such as the press process, etc. can be easily performed.
