する。ここでは主として醤油諸味に付いて述べるが、本
考案は広く醸造諸味に適用出来るものである。

均一となるのを防止するため、従来は加圧工程の途中で
積み直しを行い、濾布包みを半分に折り、a(c)部分
を覆うように約10%程度の枚数を挿入していた。これを
折袋と称していたが、折袋を入れても加圧は完全には均
一にはならず、全体としての粕の水分はまだ高く、醤油
の回収率が低かった。このために粕5を乾燥して飼料等
とする場合の乾燥エネルギーも多量に必要であった。

蓋濾布を載置する第3の工程とよりなる諸味揚槽方法を
提案し、圧搾を均一にして粕の水分を減少させることが
可能となった。
