However, since the printed circuit board and the connector case have different coefficients of thermal expansion, when the connector is fixed to the printed circuit board with printed wiring on both front and back sides, the friction between the printed circuit board and the connector due to thermal changes causes There is a risk that the printed wiring will be cut, and in this case, malfunction will occur and reliability will become a problem.

In this case, however, the spacer and the printed circuit board come into contact with each other. As a result, the same problem of cutting the printed wiring at the sharp edge portion of the spacer end portion occurs.

When fixing the connector to a printed circuit board with printed wiring on both front and back sides, it is insulating between the printed circuit board and the connector to protect the printed wiring that faces the edge of the connector, and it is larger than the bottom surface of the connector. It is set and the peripheral edge protruding from the bottom of the connector is R
It is characterized by interposing spacers which are lifted from the printed circuit board at the edges.

In the drawings, reference numeral 1 denotes a printed circuit board, which is formed by providing printed wirings 1b made of copper foil on both front and back surfaces of a substrate 1a made of an insulating resin material.

The connector 2 is fixed to the printed circuit board 1 with the screw 3, and the lead pin 2d inserted into the insertion hole 1c of the printed circuit board 1 is soldered 4 to the printed wiring 1b. The process is performed by immersing the printed circuit board 1 to which the connector 2 is fixed in molten solder. That is, the melted solder is repelled by the substrate 1a and adheres only to the printed wiring 1b so that the required soldering 4 is performed.

The spacer 5 is an insulating member and is formed in a flat plate shape so that the vertical and horizontal dimensions are larger than the bottom surface of the connector 2, and the upper surface is formed. Is contacted with the lower end of the case 2a of the connector 2 and the lower surface thereof is contacted with the printed wiring 1b or the substrate 1a, and the peripheral portion 5a of the spacer 5 is screwed in the assembled state. By tightening 3, the lower surface is curved upward so that the lower surface becomes R-shaped. Further, 5b is an insertion hole formed in the spacer 5 corresponding to the position of the lead pin 2d of the connector 2, but the insertion hole 5b has a larger diameter than the insertion hole 1c. As the insulating member forming the spacer 5, a member that does not impair its function even when the solder melting temperature is exceeded is used.

Therefore, like the conventional one in which the connector 2 is directly fixed to the printed circuit board 1, a difference in expansion between the connector 2 and the printed circuit board 1 due to temperature change causes the two to rub against each other and cut the printed wiring 1b. There is no. As a result, it is possible to reliably prevent a malfunction due to the cutting of the printed wiring 1b, and it is possible to significantly improve reliability.

Since it is effectively avoided that the printed wiring 1b comes into contact with the printed wiring 1b, the printed wiring 1b is not cut by the edge of the spacer 5.

Since the large-diameter through hole 5b functions as an air hole, the solder 4 can penetrate into the through hole 1c of the printed circuit board 1 and the connection between the lead pin 2d and the printed wiring 1b can be strengthened.

い。[Effects] In summary, since the present invention is configured as described above, even if the fixed connector and the printed circuit board expand (contract) due to thermal change, the expansion difference between the two is absorbed by the intervening spacer. Therefore, unlike the conventional one, there is no problem that the directly fixed connector rubs against the printed circuit board to cut the printed wiring.

Therefore, even if the spacer moves with respect to the printed circuit board due to the difference in expansion, there is no fear that the spacer edge directly contacts the printed circuit and cuts the printed circuit. Malfunction due to disconnection of wiring can be reliably prevented, and reliability can be significantly improved.
