Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a waterproof brushless direct-current motor which can be used in an watery environment and eliminate maintenance by making up the seal part of a tip-end output shaft into an oil seal double structure and mounting a cap of resin-covered structure in the front surface of the seal part. CONSTITUTION:The seal part of a tip-end output shaft has an oil seal double structure. A spacer 12 is fitted between oil seals 10, 11 and then the clearance is greased. A resin cover 9 is mounted in the front surface of the oil seal 10 with a very small clearance between the resin cover and a shaft 1, thereby preventing dust from entering the oil seal part. An armature coil 4 is molded with resin to form a stator unit 5 and then incorporate it into a case 3 and seal a clearance with sealing material 13 and to isolate the rotary part and the electrical part with double structure. A switch part is constituted so that the electric part is completely sealed so as to perform the change-over of a switch by an internal magnetic sensor 8 with the magnetism of two magnets incorporated into a switch ring 6 mounted on a motor handling part.

【発明の詳細な説明】 【0001】 【産業上の利用分野】この発明は、水回りで使用出来る
防水型ブラシレス直流電動機に関するものである。 【0002】 【従来の技術】従来モータは水に対して弱く故障の原因
となる事が多く水回りの手作業は機械化が難しく又メン
テナンスが必要だった。 【0003】 【発明が解決しようとする課題点】したがって水回りで
の作業は機械化になりにくく機械化になった場合でも水
による故障が多くメンテナンスに時間を取られていた。
本発明は、こうした水回りの作業に使え、又メンテナン
スの要らない様発明されたものである。 【0004】 【課題を解決するための手段】今、その解決手段を図面
を追いながら説明すれば、 (イ) キャップ2に、前面より樹脂カバー9、オイル
シール10、スペーサ−12、オイルシール11の順に
組み込んでいる。 (ロ) 電機子コイル4を樹脂でモールドしてステータ
ーユニット5を形成している。 (ハ) ケース3とステーターユニット5の隙間はシー
ル材13で密封している。 (ニ) モータ手元部の内部に磁気センサ8を取り付
け、モータ外側に2つのマグネット7がついたスイッチ
リング6をつけている。 【0005】 【作用】次に本発明の作用を述べると、先端出力軸シー
ル部の構造は図3の様にオイルシール2重構造にしてオ
イルシール10とオイルシール11の間にスペーサー1
2をはめてグリスを注入し、オイルシール10の前面に
はゴミよけの為樹脂カバー9をシャフト1と僅かな隙間
で取り付けオイルシール部へのゴミの侵入を防いでい
る。これにより、ゴミでシャフト及びシールが摩耗する
のを防止し、シール効果を向上させている。又、オイル
シール10より侵入したゴミが発生しても途中のグリス
及びオイルシール11により防水することが出来る。可
動部シールが劣化しモータ内部まで水が侵入した場合に
おいても図2の様に電機子コイル4を樹脂でモールドし
てステーターユニット5を形成しケース3に組み込みそ
の隙間はシール材13で密封し回転部(可動部でシー
ル)と電気部(固定部でのシール)の2重に隔離された
構造となっている。従って、電気部のシールは固定部で
シールされている為シールが完全で水の影響が無く故障
の心配が無い。スイッチ部は、図4の様にモータ手元部
に付けられたスイッチリング6に組み込まれた2つのマ
グネット7による磁気によって内部磁気センサ8でケー
スに穴を明けること無くスイッチの切り替えを行うこと
でスイッチにおいても電気部は完全にシールされている 【0006】 【発明の効果】オイルシール及びシャフトの摩耗は樹脂
カバーを付けることによってゴミの侵入を防ぐ為摩粍し
にくくなり又、オイルシールの劣化、シャフトの摩耗に
より水が入った場合でも、電気部への水の侵入が無い構
造としている為すぐにモータが停止すること無く動作す
る。水の侵入が無いことはモータは完全に隔離されてい
ることで他の悪条件においても耐久性が有ることにな
る。これより、ほこり等の多い所、油のかかる所、引火
性ガス中、その他の悪条件条件化において使用が可能と
なる。
