BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a dialysis machine equipped with a water removal control mechanism, and particularly when the scheduled water removal completion time is set in the water removal control mechanism, the water removal is performed at this scheduled water removal completion time. The present invention relates to a water removal calculation system configured to be able to appropriately calculate a water removal rate that can be completed.

2. Description of the Related Art Today, dialysis machines are widely used as devices for dialysis treatment of patients with chronic renal failure. This dialysis treatment is a means necessary for maintaining the life of removing water that has been eaten and drinks (generally referred to as water removal), especially for patients who do not have urine, and the existence of a dialysis device is extremely important.

Recently, a high-performance dialyzer (dialyzer) has been developed and a large amount of water can be removed. On the other hand, if the water removal control is erroneous, water is removed more than necessary or sufficient water is removed. There is a possibility that it will not be possible to remove it, which may be dangerous to the patient's life. Therefore, it has become necessary for the dialysis machine to have a function capable of performing proper and safe water removal management. .

From this point of view, a dialysate equal flow circuit using a double pump for equalizing the flow rate of dialysate flowing into the dialyzer and the flow rate of dialysate flowing out from the dialyzer is constructed. A dialysis apparatus having a water removal control mechanism provided with a water removal pump capable of removing a predetermined amount of liquid and removing an equivalent amount of water from the blood side of the dialyzer has been developed.

Therefore, in this type of dialysis device, when an arbitrary amount of water is removed, a liquid corresponding to the amount of water removed is removed via a water removal pump according to the set value, so that the dialyzer is removed due to variations in performance. Water error can be ignored and accurate water removal can be achieved.

However, in a conventional dialysis machine equipped with a water removal control mechanism, for example, as shown in FIG. 4, required water removal management data is set and set together with a setting switch for setting each data. A display panel 10 having a display for displaying the data is provided. That is, the water removal management data set on this display panel is the integrated water removal amount, the target water removal amount, and the water removal rate, and the display devices 12, 14, 16 for displaying these data are provided, respectively. Further, setting switches 18 and 20 are provided so that the target water removal amount and the water removal speed can be set in correspondence with the respective indicators 14 and 16.

As described above, when dialysis treatment of a patient is performed by the dialysis machine provided with the water removal control mechanism provided with the display panel 10, basically, the amount of increase in the weight of the patient from the previous treatment to the present treatment is increased. Water is removed by the water removal control mechanism. Therefore, in this case, in the display panel 10,
A target water removal amount corresponding to the weight gain of the patient is set on the display 14 using the setting switch 18, and a water removal rate determined from the target water removal amount and the treatment time is set using the setting switch 20. The display 16 is set (see FIG. 5). Then, the integrated value of water removal amount display 12 sequentially displays the integrated value corresponding to the total amount of water removed from the patient after the start of dialysis treatment.

However, in the dialysis machine having the conventional water removal control mechanism provided with the display panel 10, when the water removal rate is set, the operator artificially sets the target water removal amount and the treatment time. It is necessary to calculate the removal rate from this.

Therefore, when the water removal control is interrupted due to, for example, the generation of an alarm and the stop of the treatment, the time for completing the water removal is delayed from the scheduled time for completing the water removal. In this case, the water removal rate is calculated again from the remaining water removal amount (remaining water removal amount) and the remaining treatment time (remaining time), and this is set as a new water removal rate on the display panel 10, It is operated so that the water removal is completed at the scheduled time of completion of water (Fig. 6).

However, since the water removal rate is artificially calculated, there is a drawback that the water removal is not completed at the scheduled water removal completion time due to a simple calculation error, for example. Also,
When the water removal control is interrupted, the water removal rate calculation for recovering the delay time with respect to the scheduled water removal completion time is complicated, which not only accelerates the occurrence of calculation errors, but also
There is a difficulty in making the water removal management work of the operator more complicated.

According to the water removal calculation system for the dialysis machine according to the present invention, the target water removal amount, the scheduled water removal completion time, and the current time are set as the water removal management data. The dialysis time can be calculated from the time, and the water removal rate at the start of dialysis can be automatically calculated from the dialysis time and the target water removal amount. In addition, if a delay occurs with respect to the scheduled removal time during dialysis, the remaining dialysis time is calculated from the scheduled removal completion time and the current time, and the remaining removal amount is calculated from the target removal amount and integrated removal amount, respectively. However, the water removal rate for recovering the delay time can be automatically calculated from the dialysis remaining time and the remaining water removal amount. Therefore, by setting these water removal rates as the control values of the water removal control mechanism, the completion of the water removal at the scheduled water removal completion time can be reliably achieved.

For example, in a dialysis machine equipped with a clock, the water removal rate (v1) at the start of dialysis treatment is first set by a predetermined key (reference numeral 42) operated by the operator. Dialysis time (T3) from the scheduled completion time (T2) of water and the current time (T1) of the dialyzer clock
Is calculated by the following formula (1), and the dialysis time (T3) = scheduled water removal completion time (T2) -current time (T1) (1) Next, from this dialysis time (T3) and the target water removal amount (L1) The water removal rate (v1) is automatically calculated by the following equation (2) (see FIG. 2).

In the same manner as described above, the operator operates a predetermined key (reference numeral 42), and the dialysis residue is first calculated from the scheduled time (T2) for completion of water removal and the current time (T1 ') by the dialyzer clock. The time (T4) is calculated by the following equation (3), and the remaining dialysis time (T4) = scheduled water removal completion time (T2) -current time (T1 ') ... (3) Then, the target water removal amount (L1) is removed. The residual water removal amount (L3) is calculated from the cumulative water amount value (L2) by the following equation (4), and the residual water removal amount (L3) = target water removal amount (L1) -water removal integrated value (L2) (4) and , Dialysis remaining time (T4) and residual water removal amount (L3)
From the above, the water removal rate (v2) is automatically calculated by the following equation (5) (see FIG. 3).

Water removal rate (v2) = remaining water removal amount (L3) / dialysis remaining time (T4) (5) Thus, according to the present invention, dialysis treatment is performed by automatically calculating the water removal rate. It is possible to simplify the work of setting the water removal speed at the start and setting the water removal speed for recovering the delay time that occurs thereafter, and to properly and surely complete the water removal at the scheduled water removal completion time.

Therefore, according to the present invention, it is not necessary for the operator to artificially calculate the water removal rate as in the prior art, and therefore the operator's water removal management work is alleviated and the occurrence of calculation errors and the like is prevented. 1. In a dialysis machine equipped with a water removal control mechanism, a target water removal amount, a scheduled water removal completion time and a current time are set as water removal management data, and a dialysis time is calculated from these water removal management data. With this, the water removal rate at the start of dialysis is automatically calculated, and if a delay time with respect to the scheduled completion time of water removal occurs during dialysis, the remaining dialysis time and residual water removal amount are calculated, and the delay time is calculated. A water removal calculation system for a dialysis machine, which automatically calculates water removal speeds for recovering water and sets these water removal speeds as control values of the water removal control mechanism.
