雑度合いを判定する混雑度合い判定手段と、上記混雑度
合い判定手段の判定結果からキャッシュコーナ利用時間
帯の案内メッセージを選択編集する案内メッセージ編集
手段と、上記キャッシュコーナの混雑度サービス情報の
呼出しを受付けたとき、上記案内メッセージ編集手段よ
り混雑度情報の案内メッセージを読出して出力する混雑
