Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】 とくにトレッキングシューズ用の足固定具を
得ることである。 【構成】 この固定具は引っぱり要素（１２）を有す
る。この引っぱり要素は、かかと上部とくるぶし（１
５）を囲む第１の部分（１４）と、足の甲部分（１６）
で湾曲して、靴ひも用の把持ループを形成する第２の部
分（１７）とを有する。引っぱり要素（１２）は第３の
部分（１９）も含む。この第３の部分は足の裏（４）の
ほぼ中央部分の下側を通る。この固定具により、靴をは
いた時に、かかとの上方部および足の裏の部分が固定さ
れるから、歩行中に足を最適に支持できる。

Description

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】本発明はとくにトレッキングシュ
ーズに使用できる足固定具に関するものである。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】トレッキングシューズは現在は底部分と
甲皮とによって構成されている。甲皮の前方位置には足
の甲の部分を受けるタブと、取付けられた靴ひもにより
閉じることができるフラップとが設けられる。そのよう
なトレッキングシューズの甲皮は足首を最適に固定でき
るようにするために、くるぶしの部分より上へのびるよ
うな高さである。下記の諸特性はそれら従来のトレッキ
ングシューズに対して通常求められているものである。
すなわち、トレッキングシューズの特定の用途を考慮し
て、荒れた道を歩いている間に足を支持するために靴底
は与えられた大きさの剛性を保持せねばならず、甲皮は
足の関節運動を容易にするようにかなり軟かくなければ
ならない。従来のトレッキングシューズではそれら２つ
の要求により問題が起こる。足は甲皮の内部で実際には
かなり容易に動くことができるから、歩いている間に移
動する結果として、靴をはいている人に対する安定度が
低くなる。甲皮の内部で足を安定させるために靴ひもを
できるだけきつく締付けても十分でなく、きつく締付け
ると足の前部が強く圧迫され、歩いている間に足が何倍
も曲がるから、歩き具合が悪くなる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】したがって、本発明の
目的は、足が甲皮の内部に正しく受けられ、歩いている
時は力を最適に伝えることができるようなトレッキング
シューズを得ることにより、従来のトレッキングシュー
ズにおける諸問題をなくすことである。本発明の別の目
的は、足を甲皮と底とに最適に付着できるようにして、
最適な適合を維持する締め具を得ることである。本発明
の別の目的は、坂を下っている時に足が前へ滑ること、
および坂を昇っている時に足が後ろへ滑ることを阻止す
る固定具を得ることである。本発明の別の目的は、靴を
はく人が容易に取扱うことができる固定具を得ることで
ある。本発明の別の目的は、確実で、安全であり、極め
て限られた数の部品で構成され、製造コストが適度であ
る固定具を得ることである。

【課題を解決するための手段】上記目的および後で明か
になるその他の目的は、かかとの上部とくるぶしの部分
を囲む第１の部分と、靴ひもの把持手段の一部を形成す
るように足の甲の位置で湾曲している第２の部分と、足
の底のほぼ中央部分の下側を通る第３の部分とを有する
１つの引っぱり要素と、この引っぱり要素を受け、それ
の張り具合を表示する手段とにより構成された、とくに
トレッキングシューズ用の固定具により達成される。

【実施例】参照番号１により全体的に示されている固定
具をトレッキングシューズ２に使用できる。トレッキン
グシューズ２は靴底４に組合わされた甲皮３を有する。
半硬質の内底５が甲皮３と底４の間に設けられ、中足部
分に可撓性を与える。甲皮の前方には開口部６が設けら
れる。この開口部は一対のフラップ７ａと７ｂを形成す
る。それらのフラップの縁部には複数の環８または湾曲
したフック９のような靴ひもの把持手段が設けられる。
それらの把持手段には靴ひも１０が掛けられるのはいう
までもない。
【０００６】開口部６をふさぐように舌片１１が開口部
６に設けられる。舌片１１の一端は甲皮３の前部へ固定
される。固定具１は、保護シース１３の中に滑るように
して受けられるケーブル１２のような１本の引っぱり要
素により構成される。ケーブル１２は、かかととくるぶ
しの上方の部分からほぼ甲の部分１６までに作用する第
１の部分１４を有する。第１の部分１４には第２の部分
１７が続く。この第２の部分１７は足の甲の部分１６を
横切るようにして配置される。第２の部分においては開
口部の縁部の近くに一対のループ１８ａ、１８ｂのよう
な、使用者が触れることができ靴ひも１０の把持手段の
一部を形成するように、ケーブル１２が湾曲させられ
る。
【０００７】第２の部分１７の後に第３の部分１９が続
く。第３の部分は、足の甲の部分１６から始まって、底
４と半硬質の中底５の間の甲皮３に対して交差するよう
に配置される。ケーブル１２は底においてはシースの中
に挿入させなくとも良く、底自体に固定しても良い。
【０００８】底４は、ケーブル１２が通る所に、シース
１３を受ける空所を形成させることが有利である。この
固定具は、ケーブル１２とシース１３を受ける手段も有
する。この手段は、ケーブルとシースの少なくとも一方
を包み、少なくともケーブルを移動させる座を形成する
ように甲皮３へ縫いつけられたバンド２１により構成さ
れる。したがって、バンド２１はかかとの上方の部分１
５に作用を及ぼし、それから底４において甲皮３に横か
ら作用させ、かつ甲の部分１６では部分的に作用する。
更に、第１の部分１４と、ループを除く第２の部分１７
の所にベローズ２２ａ、２２ｂ、２２ｃのような、ケー
ブルの引っぱりの程度を示す手段も設けられる。
【０００９】この固定具は次のようにして用いる。足を
甲皮３の中に入れたら、靴ひも１０を引っぱる。そうす
ると甲皮３を閉じることができると同時に、それぞれの
バンド２１から突き出ている把持手段の一部となってい
るループ１８ａと１８ｂも引かれるので、ケーブルへも
張力が加えられる。したがって、足を固定できる。した
がって、この固定具は前記諸目的を達成している。すな
わちかかとの上部および甲の部分で足が固定され、歩行
中に足を最適に支持できる固定具が得られる。
【００１０】図５は固定具１０１の別の実施例の斜視図
である。この固定具は、保護シース１１３の中に含まれ
る１本のケーブル１１２により構成される。ケーブル１
１２の一方の端部はシース１１３又は靴底１０４の少な
くとも一方へ固定される。ケーブル１１２は、かかと上
部とくるぶし領域１１５を囲む第１の部分１１４を有
し、そこから足の裏のほぼ中央の、靴底１０４と半硬質
中底の間の隙間を通る。それから、ケーブル１１２は第
２の部分１１７を有する。この第２の部分は、足の甲部
分１１６に対して交差するようにして配置される。ケー
ブルの第２の端部１２４は甲皮と底１０４の少なくとも
一方の第１の端部１２３とは反対側に固定される。ケー
ブルの引っぱり具合を調整する手段も設けることができ
る。本発明の固定具を構成する個々の要素の材料および
寸法は、もちろん特定の要求に応じて最適なものを用い
る。

  1. 【請求項１】 かかとの上側およびくるぶしの部分を囲
    む第１の部分と、靴ひもの把持具の一部を形成するよう
    に甲の所で湾曲させられている第２の部分と、足の裏の
    ほぼ中間部分の下側を通る第３の部分とを有する引っぱ
    り要素を備えることを特徴とするトレッキングシューズ
    用の足固定具。
