The resin case a is formed with a plurality of recesses e in rows in which the bead-shaped ferrite cores c are inserted. The bottom surface of the recesses e is a small-diameter through hole through which a lead wire (not shown) is inserted. f is provided. Further, a plurality of recesses g into which the upper ends of the plurality of bead-shaped ferrite cores c are fitted are formed on one surface of the lid case d, and a small-diameter through hole h through which a lead wire is inserted is formed on the bottom surface of the recesses g. It is provided.

In the bead-shaped magnetic core assembly which is arranged in such a manner as to be fixed by an insulator, the bead-shaped magnetic core has a diameter at both ends in the longitudinal direction smaller than the diameter of the central part, or the bead-shaped magnetic core is in the longitudinal direction. The diameter of both ends is larger than the diameter of the central part,
The bead-shaped magnetic core is characterized in that it is fixed by exposing and embedding only both end faces of both end portions in the longitudinal direction of the insulating resin molded body.

Since the beads-shaped magnetic cores were arranged so that their axes are parallel to each other and embedded and fixed in an insulating resin molding, if the outer peripheral surface of the beads-shaped magnetic core is in the resin, use a lid or the like. It does not fall off the insulator without holding the bead-shaped magnetic core. Therefore, both end faces of both end portions in the longitudinal direction of the bead-shaped magnetic core can be exposed from the insulating resin molded body, and the thickness of the bead-shaped magnetic core assembly can be reduced.

The diameter is larger than the diameter of the central portion. The plurality of cores 1 are arranged in a row and embedded in an insulating resin molded body 4 made of, for example, an epoxy resin so that both end surfaces thereof are exposed. The molded body 4 is prevented from slipping out.

Both end faces are formed flat over the entire surface,
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, tapered portions 5 are formed at both ends of the bead-shaped ferrite core 3 in the longitudinal direction, and the diameter of both ends is made smaller than the diameter of the central portion. A bead-shaped magnetic core assembly was constructed by exposing and embedding and fixing only both end faces of the insulating resin molded body 4. In this case, the concave portion 3,

Since it does not come out of the resin molded body, there is no need for an extra thickness to hold the bead-shaped magnetic core, and the thickness of the bead-shaped magnetic core assembly should be equal to the longitudinal length of the bead-shaped magnetic core. If a bead-shaped core is attached to a lead wire or the like of an electronic component, it has an effect of contributing to downsizing of electronic equipment.
