Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 (技術分野) 本考案は、ALCパネルに化粧板を取付けた建物の外壁
面材に係り、更に詳しくはALCパネルに保持金具を固
定し、該保持金具を介して化粧板を取付けた外壁面材に
関する。

(従来の技術及び問題点) 建物の外壁面を構成するものとして、ALCパネルが用
いられている。ALCパネルはオートクレーブで高温養

が高く、且つ剛性に欠ける場合がある。

に有機質塗料等を吹き付けて防水塗膜を形成する必要が
ある。しかしこの防水塗膜は耐久性に乏しく且つ十分な
美的外観を呈しない等の問題があり、その為陶磁質タイ
ル等の化粧板を取付ける等の工夫が為される。

(問題点を解決する為の手段) 本考案は上記の課題を解決する為ALCパネルの表面に
保持金具を介して少なくとも上下に亘り2枚以上の化粧
板を貼設してなる外壁面材において、前記化粧板のう
ち、最上段の化粧板の上端と最下段の化粧板の下端は略
鈎状に形成された載部と爪片とを有する保持金具により
保持され、上下段に亘る化粧板の隣接した上端と下端
は、所定の間隔を有する状態でかつ各々片持ち状に形成
された一対の載部と各載部の先端を上下方向に折曲して
なる爪片とを有する保持金具により保持されるととも
に、前記各化粧板はその裏面とALCパネルとの間に弾
性接着材を介在させたことを特徴とする外壁面材を提供
するものである。
