Abstract

PURPOSE:To transfer nursery boxes from or into a sprouting room by placing a plurality of nursery boxes on a motor-driven nursery box transfer vehicle in stacked state and moving the vehicle together with an operator. CONSTITUTION:The rear end part 11 of a truck main body 10 having front and rear running wheels 20, 21 is provided with a driving stand 30, a step 41, a battery 50 and a driving motor 51. A guide rail 14 is attached to the carriage part 12 of the main body 10 perpendicular to the moving direction. A handcar 60 for carrying nursery boxes is placed on the guide rail.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a nursery box carrier for use in a paddy rice raising facility having a germination chamber for accommodating a nursery box.

2. Description of the Related Art A conventional nursery box carrier of this type has been manually operated.

However, such a conventional human-powered nursery box carrier has problems in that the efficiency of transportation within the paddy rice raising facility is poor and that heavy labor is required.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide an electric-powered seedling box carrier which improves transport efficiency and reduces labor.

In order to achieve the above object, the structure of the present invention is, as shown in the drawing, a driving stand at a rear end portion 11 of a carriage body 10 provided with front and rear traveling wheels 20 and 21. 30 and step 41 are provided, a battery 50 and a drive motor 51 are provided, and a guide rail 14 is attached to the loading platform 12 of the trolley body 10 at a right angle to the traveling direction, and the guide rail is used for placing a nursery box. The trolley 60 is locked by inserting the locking rod 17 after aligning the locking pipe 16 having the upper and lower ends fixed to the underframe 13 and the trolley body 10 with the locking hole 62 provided in the trolley 60. In addition, the seedling raising box 80 placed on the truck 60 is prevented from falling sideways.

The operation is performed by the operator first stepping on the step 41 and operating the start button 32 and the brake button 33 provided on the handle portion 31, and the foot stopper 70 is used.

[0010] Then, in the rice seedling raising facility, when the seeded nursery box is transported to the germination chamber, when the germinated nursery box is transported in the germination chamber, and the nursery boxes are transported to various places in the facility. When doing so, the electric seedling box carrier according to the present invention is used.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION According to the present invention, a worker can ride on an electric seedling box carrier and work while moving inside and outside a germination chamber in which a large number of nursery boxes are stacked. In comparison, the efficiency of transportation work is improved and the labor is reduced.

[Claims] 1. A driving stand (30) and a step (41) are provided on a rear end portion (11) of a carriage body (10) provided with front and rear traveling wheels (20, 21) and a battery (50). And a drive motor (51) are arranged, and a guide rail (14) is attached to the carrier portion (12) of the carriage body (10) in a direction perpendicular to the traveling direction, and the seedling raising box is placed on the guide rail (14). An electric nursery box carrier characterized in that it is configured to carry a dolly (60) for use.
