等において警告を発すると共に可動体5の移動を一時的
に停止させるものである。従って、吸着ミスが発生した
ことに気付かずにプレート1が湾曲したまま搬送される
ようなことがなくなり、図2(b)の場合のようにプレ
ート1の湾曲した部分がコンベア7に衝突してプレート
1に傷が付くなど破損されるようなことを未然に回避す
ることができるものである。
