2. Description of the Related Art Recently, various types of compacts for accommodating cosmetics such as foundations and eye shadows have been diversified to meet the needs of consumers. For example, there are those in which a design is printed on the surface of the container and those in which an uneven pattern is formed on the surface. However, the compact with the above design,
The compact that lacks three-dimensional effect and has the above-mentioned uneven pattern,
Although it has a three-dimensional effect, it has the drawback of being poor in color. Therefore, a compact with a concavo-convex pattern having a concavo-convex pattern on the surface and colored concave or convex portions of the concavo-convex pattern is conceivable, which is a combination of both compacts described above. As a method of manufacturing the compact having an uneven pattern, a method of forming a container having an uneven pattern on the surface in advance and coloring the top surface of the convex portion of the uneven pattern of the container by printing is considered.

However, when the compact with a concave-convex pattern is manufactured by the above method, it is difficult to print on the rising portion of the convex portion, and the color protrudes or shifts from the convex portion of the concave-convex pattern. . There is also a method of coloring the concave portion of the container having an uneven pattern with ink or the like, but it has a problem that it takes time and costs increase. On the other hand, as shown in FIG.
In a molding die 51 composed of upper and lower dies and having an uneven pattern 50,
There is a method in which a film 53 having an ink layer 52 formed thereon is placed, and a molding material is filled and molded. However, in this method, the ink layer 52 is easily displaced from the uneven pattern 50 of the molding die 51 due to stretching of the film 53, and the film 5
The pattern change of No. 3 has a problem that it cannot be easily performed especially when the shape of the molding die 51 is a curved surface. For this reason, it has been difficult to manufacture a compact with an uneven pattern rich in colors by the conventional manufacturing method.

According to the present invention, for example, a rotating drum having a concave pattern formed on the outer peripheral surface thereof is used, and the concave pattern is filled with an uncured paste-like synthetic resin while rotating the drum.
One surface of a synthetic resin film such as a belt is brought into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the rotary drum, for example, in a state of being synchronized with rotation of the rotary drum. Then, the synthetic resin in the concave pattern is cured and integrated on one surface of the synthetic resin film, and then the synthetic resin film is separated from the outer peripheral surface of the rotary drum, and the synthetic resin in the concave pattern is made to be synthetic resin film. It is transferred in a convex pattern on one surface. Next, on the other surface of the synthetic resin film, at least one of the convex portion of the convex pattern and the concave portion between the convex portion and the convex portion, a color layer is changed in each predetermined region by screen printing or the like. By forming such that all areas have the same color, a convex pattern (made of synthetic resin) is formed on one surface, and a predetermined portion on the other surface (a portion corresponding to the convex portion and the convex portion). The uneven transfer pattern-provided transfer film in which a colored layer is formed in at least one of the recesses between the projections and the projections is manufactured. As described above, according to the present invention, since the rotary drum having the concave pattern formed on the outer peripheral surface is used to form the convex pattern made of the synthetic resin on one surface of the synthetic resin film,
It is possible to form a thick convex pattern and also to continuously form a convex pattern. Further, since the uneven pattern is transferred and formed by using the concave or convex portion of the transfer machine base, the uneven pattern transferred and formed on the film by accurately forming the concave or convex portion of the transfer machine base. Will be accurate. Furthermore, since the colored layer formed on the other surface of the synthetic resin film can be formed by screen printing or the like as described above, it is possible to realize rich colors and patterns. When an injection-molded article such as a compact with an uneven pattern is manufactured using the obtained film, for example, the above-mentioned film is arranged on the bottom surface of the injection molding die with the uneven surface facing downward, and the mold is molded in that state. Close the mold to fill the raw material, and peel the transfer film with an uneven pattern from the obtained compact, an uneven pattern is formed on the surface,
A compact is obtained in which at least one of the concave portion and the convex portion is colored by transferring the colored layer of the film.

EXAMPLES FIG. 1 is an explanatory view showing the production of a transfer film with an uneven pattern according to the present invention. In the figure, reference numeral 1 is a hollow rotary drum which is rotated in the direction of the arrow by a motor (not shown), and a concave portion 2 for forming various concave-convex patterns, characters and symbols is formed on the outer peripheral surface thereof. In this recess 2, a paste-like UV-curable resin 4 (urethane acryl-based, epoxy acryl-based, silicon acryl-based, etc.) housed in a storage tank 3 provided on the lower side of the rotary drum 1 is provided. Supplied. The supply is performed by the application roller 5 that rotates by receiving the rotational force of the rotary drum 1. The coating roller 5 is composed of a lower roller 5a and an upper roller 5b. The upper roller 5b comes into contact with the rotating drum 1 and is rotated together, and the lower roller 5a receives its rotational force to rotate in the storage tank 3. An ultraviolet curable resin 4 is attached to the outer periphery of the rotary drum 1, and the upper roller 5b receives the resin 4 and attaches it to the outer peripheral surface of the rotary drum 1. A part of the pasted ultraviolet ray-curable resin 4 adhered enters between the recesses 2 of the rotary drum 1, and the rest exists on the other surface portion. The remaining portion of the paste-like ultraviolet curable resin 4 is scraped off by the rotation of the rotary drum 1 with a doctor knife 6 fixed on the front side with respect to the rotating direction of the rotary drum 1. Around the outer peripheral portion of the rotary drum 1 on the rotational direction side of the doctor knife 6, a rotatable roller 7a is wound around and a thickness of 25 to 1 is drawn by the winding force of the winding roller 16.
00 micron PET (polyethylene terephthalate)
A transparent synthetic resin film 7 such as a film or a PVC (vinyl chloride resin) film is pressed by the action of the pressing roll 9. An adhesive layer 8 is formed on the surface of the synthetic resin film 7 (the surface in contact with the rotary drum 1). Then, when the synthetic resin film 7 is pressed by the pressing roll 9, the paste-like ultraviolet curable resin 4 filled in the recess 2 of the rotary drum 1 is adhered to the surface of the synthetic resin film 7 in an uncured state. Adhere via layer 8. Then, as shown in the drawing, the ultraviolet ray irradiation lamp 10 irradiates the synthetic resin film 7 with ultraviolet rays, so that the ultraviolet curable resin 4 in the recess 2 is cured and integrated with the synthetic resin film 7. Next, the synthetic resin film 7 is reversely peeled off via the peeling roll 11, so that the ultraviolet curable resin 4 in the recess 2 is peeled from the recess. As a result, the convex pattern 2a formed in the recess 2 of the rotary drum 1 is transferred to the surface of the synthetic resin film 7. The transfer film with the uneven pattern thus obtained is sent to the lower side of the silk screen plate 12 for multicolor printing by the winding force of the winding roller 16.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY As described above, the transfer film with a concave-convex pattern of the present invention uses a rotary drum having, for example, a concave pattern on its outer peripheral surface, and uses the concave pattern on one surface of a synthetic resin film to synthesize a synthetic resin film. Forming various convex patterns with a resin, on the other surface of the synthetic resin film, a colored layer is formed on at least one of the portion corresponding to the convex portion of this convex pattern and the portion corresponding to the concave portion between the convex portions. Formed and configured. Therefore, when manufacturing a compact with uneven pattern using this, for example, the film is placed on the bottom surface of the injection molding die with the uneven surface facing downward, and the molding die is closed in that state to fill and mold the raw material. Then, by peeling the uneven transfer pattern-bearing transfer film from the obtained compact, an uneven pattern is formed on the surface, at least one of the concave portion and the convex portion,
A colored compact can be easily obtained by transferring the colored layer of the film. Moreover, since the uneven pattern is transferred and formed by using the concave or convex portion of the transfer machine base, the uneven pattern transferred and formed on the film by accurately forming the concave or convex portion of the transfer machine base. Will be accurate. Further, according to the manufacturing method of the present invention, a rotary drum having a recessed pattern formed on the outer peripheral surface is used, and various recessed patterns are formed on one surface of a synthetic resin film by using the recessed pattern, and this is formed into a film. Then, the colored layer is formed on at least one of the portion corresponding to the convex portion of the convex pattern and the portion corresponding to the concave portion between the convex portions on the other surface of the synthetic resin film. That is, according to the manufacturing method of the present invention, since the convex pattern is formed by using the rotary drum, the thick convex pattern can be formed easily and continuously. Further, since the colored layer can be formed by subjecting the convex pattern to screen printing, for example, it is possible to realize an abundance of colors and patterns.

As described above, according to the present invention, a transfer film with an uneven pattern can be manufactured at low cost, in which at least one of the concave portion and the convex portion of the uneven pattern is accurately colored so that a molded product with the uneven pattern can be easily manufactured. It can be mass-produced.
