Description of the Related Art Recently, in dental treatment, safety in the treatment of patients with AIDS, hepatitis B, etc. has become a problem, and sterilization of therapeutic instruments has become indispensable. In response to this, the treatment space should be cleaned, and the health management of doctors and nurses against dust generated during cutting of teeth generated during treatment is being called for. In view of the above situation, the applicant of the present invention has proposed an air barrier device that creates a barrier for an air curtain in the center of the oral cavity to suppress the diffusion of dust and dirt generated during dental cutting and collects these.

In the barrier device, the air blown toward the patient is collected again and becomes a circulating flow that circulates through the filter. Therefore, a boundary occurs between the flow toward the patient and the recirculation, and the flow stagnates near the boundary, There is a problem that energy loss occurs in this portion. In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention aims to obtain an efficient and powerful clean air flow by surrounding the clean air flowing toward the patient with a curtain and flowing out from the lower part of the curtain to the outside of the curtain. Another purpose is to keep the cleanliness level equivalent to that in the operating room by blocking the external flow with a curtain. Further, by injecting ozone into the air stream, the purpose is to obtain an air stream having a higher sterilizing power.

流れればよい。Structure Fig. 1 shows a schematic diagram of the bioflow unit of the present invention. (A) is a front view and (B) is a side view. In the figure, 1 is a ceiling and 2 is a floor. Reference numeral 3 denotes a housing, which has a flat plate shape and an upper surface thereof is fixed to the ceiling 1. A suction window 31 for sucking air is arranged on the side surface, and fans 41 and 42 for sucking air from the suction window 31 are arranged in the vicinity of the suction window 31, and are housed inside the housing 3. Has been done. A semi-cylindrical filter 5 is mounted on the lower surface of the housing 3, and the air flow discharged from the fans 41 and 42 flows into the inner surface of the filter 5, and the inflowing air is filtered to obtain clean air. It flows downward as a flow. 61 is a curtain hanging tool 61 mounted on the outer periphery of the lower surface of the housing, and the transparent curtain 62 is made of vinyl.
Is installed. The curtain 62 is a curtain hanger 6
1. It is attached so that there is no space between it and the housing 3, and the length below the curtain 62 is selected to create an appropriate space with respect to the floor surface 2. Therefore, the curtain 62 has a shape in which a skirt is attached to the outer circumference of the lower surface of the housing 3 to be hung. As the curtain material, an antistatic material is used. 7 shows a model of a dental care bed. In the figure, R indicates the flow of air. First, external air is sucked into the housing 3 through the suction window 31 by the movement of the fans 41 and 42. The intake air is introduced into the semi-cylindrical filter 5 to increase the pressure,
As a result, the air becomes filtered and becomes clean air free of fine particles such as dust and dirt generated in the cutting of the dentist contained in the air and flows downward in the inner chamber of the curtain 62, and the lower end 621 of the curtain 62 and the floor 2 To the doctor who treats, because the circulating flow that flows out to the outside through the gap formed by and becomes the circulating flow that is again inhaled through the inhalation window 31, and the clean air passing through the oral cavity of the patient sitting on the dental care bed 7 always flows downward. The fine dust and the like generated from the patient will not come into contact with it. Moreover, since the semi-cylindrical filter is used, stagnation due to local convection or the like does not occur. When ozone is injected (not shown) between the fans 41 and 42 and the filter 5, the fine dust dirt trapped in the filter 5 is sterilized by the sterilizing power by the oxidation of ozone, and the filter 5 cleans the air. It works even more effectively for the purpose of Although the housing 3 is fixed to the ceiling 1,
The upper surface may be disposed so as to be slightly separated from the ceiling 1. In short, it is sufficient that the air sucked from the housing 3 passes through the filter 5 and is always isolated by the curtain 62 and flows downward.

Moreover, the clean flow flowing in the curtain is filtered by the filter and passed through, so that a high-grade clean flow can be created with inexpensive energy without merging with the unclean flow outside.
