Abstract

本発明は、病院の待合室等で使用されるロビーチェアに着座した者の周囲の空間の除菌集塵を行ない清浄空間を確保するための除菌集塵装置に関する。

病院の待合室や乳幼児、高齢者用施設の待合室では、多人数掛けのロビーチェアが並列して置かれそこに着座して時間待ちをする。来院する人は抵抗力が低下している為感染しやすく、菌及びウイルスが高濃度に滞溜していることが原因で感染症患者からの空気及び飛沫感染が問題とされている。特にインフルエンザの流行する冬季にはこの現象が顕著となる。理想的には受け付け時の問診後に感染症の疑いがある人は、隔離室へと誘導され他人とは分けて管理されるべきである。しかし、狭小で混雑する病院ではスペースの問題から隔離が困難な状態がほとんどである。

昨今ではクリーンルームシステムが医療機関内で使用されるのは極めて普通であり、災害発生時に現地に急行する移動病院システムにも使用され(特許文献1参照)、また、町の医院でも家電製品の空気清浄器を待合室に接置し空気清浄化や除菌の効果を期待する例が見られるようになった。然し、これらは手術室或るいは待合室等の特定の一室の全体環境を良くする為に接置されるものであつて、一室内の特定のエリアを更に隔離コーナーとして区別したり、特定の患者を物理的かつ意識的にも隔離できるようなものではない。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は上記の点に鑑みて、病院の待合室等で使用されているロビーチェアに取り付けることで当該ロビーチェアに着座している者を取り囲んでその周囲に除菌集塵された清浄空気の流れを作り、着座した者から菌或いは塵埃等を直接に他者に伝えるような事態の生ずるのを防止することの出来る除菌集塵装置を得ることを目的としている。
また、ロビーチェアを対象として、その周囲を清浄空気が取り囲むことによって、従来の待合室,中待合室,廊下等に簡便に隔離待合コーナーを作り得るようにすることを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明請求項1にあっては、ロビーチェアに取り付けるダクトであって、外気吸入口,除菌集塵フィルター,吸送気ファン,清浄空気吹き出し口を備えた気体流路を形成するダクトを、ロビーチェアの上部に外気吸入口を、ロビーチェアの座部下面に清浄空気を吹き出す為の清浄空気吹き出し口をそれぞれ開口し、清浄空気吹き出し口より吹き出した清浄空気が、ロビーチェア着座者の脚部から頭部周辺まで身体を囲って流れて、外気吸入口から吸引されるようにした。
本発明請求項2にあっては、ダクトはロビーチェア背面に起立し、ダクト下部は清浄空気吹き出し口を備えL字形に突出した函体とし該函体内に吸送気ファンを収容し、該函体部分をロビーチェア座部の下部空間に挿入し、ロビーチエアとダクトとを固定するようにした。
本発明請求項3にあっては、ダクトはロビーチェア背面にI字形に起立し、ロビーチェア座部の下部空間に清浄空気を吹き出す清浄空気吹き出し口を、ダクト下部に備えた。
本発明請求項4にあっては、ダクト頂部はロビーチェアの着座者の頭高と同等もしくはそれれより高く、頂部もしくはその付近に外気吸入口を設けた。
本発明請求項5にあっては、ダクトはロビーチェア固定具でロビーチェアと一体に固定されている。
本発明請求項6にあっては、ロビーチェア背もたれ部の頂部に設けられたロビーチェア固定具は、面ファスナーであり、その対の面ファスナーがダクト前面に設けられている。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明実施の形態を図面と共に以下説明する。
本発明ロビーチェア用除菌集塵装置は1、既設のロビーチェア2に取り付けることで、ロビーチェア使用者3の周囲を清浄空間とするもので、ロビーチェア使用者3の頭部近傍から吸引した外気を除菌集塵して清浄空気としロビーチェア座部下位空間から吹き出し人体を包むが如き清浄空気の流れを作り出し、それを循環している。上記の除菌集塵作用を行う気流を案内するダクト4は、その下部に一体に設けられた函体5を有し、側面視L字形に構成されている第1の実施形態(図示)と函体を有せず側面視I字形に構成された実施形態(図示せず)とがある。

第1の実施形態を図面と共に説明する。
ダクト4は厚味の少ない衝立状をなし、内部を流路6とし頂部に外気吸入口7を、流路6を遮って除菌集塵フィルター8としてプレフィルター8a,ヘパフィルター8bを設けている。ヘパフィルターの効率は0.3μm粒子で99.99%以上とし、本体への気密に取り付けフレームからのリークを無くしている。ダクト4の下部で流路6は函体5に通じている。函体5にはファン10が設けられている。ファン10は、清浄化能力を高め大風量時の騒音をなくすため、標準モード時:6m/minにて37dBA、急速モード時:11.4m/minにて47dBAとし大風量かつ低騒音とし、大口径軽量薄型樹脂羽製ターボランナー(ファン)を使用している。ファン10により清浄空気吹出口11から流路6内の清浄空気を外部に放出する。

本発明除菌集塵装置1をロビーチェア2に取り付けるにはロビーチェア2の座部2aの下に函体5を挿入し、函体5の脚5aの高さを適宜調節し座部2aと函体5とを密接させ、ダクト4をロビーチェア2の背もたれ2bに当接した状態で除菌装置1とロビーチェア2を固定する。固定手段としては、函体5の左右側面に設けた倒U字形の脚固定具内12にロビーチェアの脚2cを挿入し、一体とする。同時に、背もたれ2bの頂部背面に設けた面ファスナー13とそれと対面するダクト4の正面に設けた面ファスナー14とを噛み合わせることで、両者を一体化する。上記面ファスナー13,14の使用により本体1の作動時の微細な振動をロビーチェアに伝えることはなく、更にロビーチェア2とダクト4との隙間への物品の落下を防止し、指を挟むような事態を生ずることがない。

上記の例では、気体流路を構成するダクトの最終部位を本体から突出させて全体として、L字状となし、突出させた函体5内に吸排気用のファン10を設けているが、第2の実施形態として(図示しないが)ヘパフィルタ8bの位置をずらせダクト下部に空間を作りそこに小型化したファン10を収容することによって函体5をなし、ダクトをI字形としダクト下部からロビーチェア2の座部2aの下位空間に清浄空気を吹き出すようにすることも出来る。

本発明ロビーチェア用除菌集塵装置の作用につき説明する。
操作スイッチ17のオンによりファン10は回転し、函体5内の空気を外部に排出しダクト内部を陰圧とする。それにより頂部に開口する外気吸入口7から外気を吸い込みプレフィルタ8aにより塵埃等を、ヘパフィルター8bにより微細な塵埃或いは菌をそれぞれ捕集し、清浄空気が函体に至って、ファン10により外部に放出される。

外部に放出された清浄空気は図1に示す如く、一部は着座者3の足元から上昇し、身体前面から後方に向けての気流となり、身体をカバーして、外気吸入口7から再び除菌集塵装置1に吸い込まれ循環する。もしロビーチェア背面が壁等に沿っている場合、壁と本体の間隙を上昇した清浄空気はダクト4の頂部を越えて着座者3の頭部を囲うように流れて外気吸入口7に吸い込まれる。いずれにしろ着座者3は、清浄空気吹出口11から吹き出され、外気吸入口7に吸い込まれる清浄空気の流れの中に囲まれることになり、もし自己の持つ菌を放散させたとしても該気流によって他に飛散させることなく除菌集塵装置1に取り込むことが出来るのである。本発明装置にあっては着座者3の頭部付近に外気吸入口7が位置しているので、患者の呼気を至近距離から誘引し吸引することが出来る。

本発明ロビーチェア用除菌集塵装置は図6A,Bに示す如く、従来一般の待合室の複数接置されたロビーチェアの一部に取り付けることによりその区域を隔離待合コーナーとすることが出来る。即ち、複数のロビーチェア2,2,……の一部例えば待合室の奥の一部のロビーチェアー2aに本発明装置を取り付けたロビーチェアを置くことによりその周囲のみ他の区域と異なった清浄空間cとすることが出来、図6Bに示すように更にパーテイション18で区切るようにすれば一層の効果を期待出来る。

【発明の効果】
本発明装置は次の如き効果を有する。
病院等の外来待合室等において複数並べられた既存のロビーチェアに本発明装置を取り付けることにより、従来何の処置も考慮されていなかった患者間における菌の移動を阻止し集塵効果を上げることが出来るようになった。即ち、空気感染対策用として外来待合室内における、小規模の隔離コーナーの設置、結核病棟内の面会ロビーにおける開放的なバリアシステムの構築、小児、高齢者施設における感染予防の為に利用することが出来、空気清浄対策用として花粉症,ハウスダストアレルギー等の患者待合室,飛散粒子の多い歯科治療待合室,新生児授乳室等に設置すると有効である。

本発明装置では、ロビーチェアの座部下部から床面に清浄空気が常時吹出し、その戻り気流によって患者を大きく包み込む気流を形成することが出来る為、患者近傍の空気を周囲に拡散させることがなく除菌集塵でき、かつ、床部はゴミが溜らないので清潔である。

ロビーチェアと本発明装置との結合には一部面ファスナーを使用している。このため取り付け取り外しが容易で、かつ、面ファスナーはロビーチェアの背もたれの最上部背面とそれに対面する除菌集塵装置の本体との間に設けてあるために両者間に隙間を生じることがなく、背もたれと本体の間への物品の落下を防止し、子供などが指を挟むような事故も発生させない。
