(発明の効果) したがってこの発明では、自動機工程の上下流のコンベ

を受けず、品質の安定を図ることが可能である。また自
動機(ミニベル)の異常時にはいつでも自動機工程内を
開けることが出来、開けることによる不良品の発生は最
小限に押さえることが可能となる。そして、定位置停止
位置は、被搬送物によって変更がない。自動機工程以外
の作業員による作業工程は、自動機工程以外の搬送装置
の速度を変え、タクトダウンをすることで工数低減を図
ることが可能となる。さらに、自動機工程の搬送装置は
他の搬送装置と別体となるためチェーンの延びによる位
置変化を少なくすることが可能となる。

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】被搬送物を搬送する搬送ラインに沿って順
次設置されるとともに、表面には各々被搬送物固定用プ
ッシャーを複数設けられた複数のコンベアからなり、搬
送ラインの途中に設置された自動機により被搬送物に塗
装をおこなう自動機工程をはさんで上下流に位置する両
コンベアのプッシャーのピッチは、下流側のコンベアの
プッシャーのピッチの方が、上流側のコンベアのプッシ
ャーのピッチに比較して細かいピッチを有するととも
に、自動機工程上下流に設置されるコンベアは速度可変
のコンベアからなり、自動機は塗布条件をあらかじめ計
画最大値に設定されたコンベアの駆動速度にあわせて設
定された自動機からなることを特徴とする自動機工程を
有する塗装工程用搬送装置。
