による場合は共に掘孔装置の下方部分で掘孔周壁を圧締
しその排土を阻止しょうとしているものであるから該掘
進深度、地盤の軟弱、地質の関係等によっては地中内に
おける圧締作用が充分に行われているか否かに関して問
題があり、殊に地盤中間層部での孔周壁の圧締作用にお
いても明確で無かった。

ならびに掘削縁の回転作用によって上記、圧締せる掘削
孔の周壁面に更に孔内余剰の土壌を孔周壁面に圧締固締
し、地中に強固な圧密周壁層を有した杭孔を掘孔行わし
めることを特徴とする基礎地盤の掘孔工法とその掘孔装
置を提供しょうとすることにある。

もコテ作用の如く交互に打叩圧締し掘進しながら地中に
極めて強固に圧締された杭柱打設孔を掘孔行なわしめる
ことが出来得るのである。しかして上記、手段にて掘孔
せる杭孔内に従来方法による杭柱の打設方法を用いて芯
杭、モルタル等の圧入施工によって地中に剛強な基礎地
盤を容易確実に造成する。また上記作用により従来掘孔
施工と同時にオーガ周辺間隙より上昇する筈の大量の揚
土が孔周壁に多重に亘って強力に圧締形成されているが
ために孔周壁の崩壊を完全に防止し、且つ地上への排土
量をも著しく減少とし殆ど無排土にて所定の掘孔を容易
確実に掘削出来得ることは謂うまでもない。

る。なお上記、一ブロックAの一部である圧削オーガ2
の形状は図2の如くケーシング1の周面に変形三角形で
且つ該両面に緩るい円曲面を有し該突端部に掘削縁2b
にて形成されている。またオーガロッド3は図1の一部
に示す如く、ロッド軸の下端部分に上記ケーシング1の
径巾と同巾、若しくは稍広寸巾のらせん翼片4aを有し
た先掘刃4を該先掘刃4の上部に上記先掘刃4の刃巾よ
り稍径小巾の細長円錐形傾斜面5を形成すると共に更に
上記、円錐形傾斜面5及び先掘刃4の上部等の適宜箇所
に該先掘刃4と略同径寸巾の攪拌刃6を適宜数を付設し
てなる形状を有している。なお上記の先端土壌掘孔装置
としては如何なる形状の掘削装置でも連設し用いること
も可能であるが、その一例として図4の如くオーガロッ
ド3の円錐形傾斜面5の一部分に縦方向に変形三角形に
切割してなる凹溝部分8を形成設け孔周壁の切開と圧土
作用を同時により効果的に行わしめることも一考であ
る。また場合によっては上記、ケーシング1の軸芯部に
モルタル或いは水等の注水用の送水路7を貫通設けた構
造に形成することもある。なお図示中符号9、10はケ
ーシング1及びオーガロッド3の両側端部に夫々付設し
てなる繋続用の雄雌連結部8,9である。

に上下異なるべく軸方向に対して交互に付設してなるケ
ーシングを一ブロックAとしてこれを必要地盤の深度に
併せて数個を一体的に連接し、かかる形状のケーシング
1の下方に、円錐形傾斜面5及び先掘刃4を有してなる
オーガロッド3にて形成されているものであって、作用
の欄にて説明している如くオーガロッド3先端の先掘刃
4にて地盤を掘削しながら地中を掘進すると同時に該掘
削せる土壌を拡開刃6にて攪拌しこれを上部の円錐形傾
斜面5の作用にて掘孔周壁に圧締して孔周に強固な圧密
壁を造成する。かくして孔周面を圧締する余剰の土壌が
更に続行するケーシング1の圧削オーガ2の回転作用に
よって掘進しながら該圧削オーガの偏平三角形圧土曲面
2aにて恰もコテ面作用の如く掘進しながら順次に打叩
圧締するが該圧締せる孔周壁部分における余剰の土壌は
緩急圧土曲面2aの先端掘削縁2bによる回転作用にて
削落し、これが回転と掘進に伴って次隣続行の圧削オー
ガ2の緩急圧土曲面2aによる圧締作用により圧締面の
凹面部分等不安定部分を更に強固に補充圧密し、数個の
連接せる圧削オーガA,A,Aの連続的の作用によって
従来施工法において全く不可能であった施工時の孔周壁
の凹凸等不揃の周壁箇所を一定面に修正し全長に亘って
略均一の杭孔を容易に掘孔行わしめることが出来得たの
である。特にこの発明においては緩急圧土曲面ならびに
削孔面を形成した圧削オーガを各面を異ならしめ連接し
たものを一ブロックとして数個を一体的に連接してなる
ケーシングであるから如何なる長さの杭孔の孔周壁であ
るも容易に圧締することが出来得、更に地中の掘削余剰
の土壌を利用して削孔周壁面を強固に圧締し、該圧締時
に上昇しょうとする余剰の土壌をも強制的に締結し、以
て崩壊の懸念のない強固な圧密杭孔を完全無排土にて容
易確実に施工出来得る効果がある。

の土壌を圧締固締し、地中に強固な圧密周壁の杭孔を掘
孔行わしめようとする基礎地盤の掘孔工法。
