上に揚土蓄積しその排土処理に相当な経費と労力を必要
とする等の欠点を有していたのである。

に形成し、該形成面によって上記と同様に掘削土壌を掘
孔周部に押圧して崩壊の憂いのない強固な孔壁を造成し
ようとする掘孔装置(特許第1308022号)を提案
しこれが現在に至るも各地にて有効に使用されていた。
しかるに、上記開発した掘孔装置は追随するスクリュー
面が先に強固に圧締形成せる孔壁面と完全に密接してい
るがために当然相当な回転動力を必要とし、且つまた孔
内に発生せる空気の逃げ場がなくなり、これが原因にて
抜扞時に急激な吸引力が孔内に生じ、折角強固に圧締せ
る孔壁が上記吸引力の作用にて逆に崩壊する懸念がある
ことが判明した。発明者は上記問題点に鑑みて、地中掘
孔と同時に空気の逃げ場を造成し、かかる空気の逃げ場
の造成によって孔内における吸引力の発生を未然に阻止
し、より強固な杭孔を掘削すると共に更にこの発明の特
徴として硬、軟如何なる地盤層であっても該掘削地質に
即応出来得るは勿論、数本のオーガー軸継柱によって相
当深部の地盤であっても容易確実に掘削行わしめること
を可能とした至便な掘孔装置を提供しようとするもので
ある。

該空洞即ち空間部分f内に孔内に渋滞せる空気はもとよ
り泥土、湧水等をも自然的に導入し、孔内を泥状化とし
てこれがオーガの回転時の回転負荷を潤滑に行わしめる
と共に抜扞時における孔内の吸引力を減少する作用をも
有し孔壁の崩壊を完全に防止することが出来得る。かく
して所定地盤に掘削せる杭孔e内に先掘刃3先端に開孔
せるモルタル噴射孔6よりモルタル等の凝結材dを噴射
充填しモルタル柱を形成し、該モルタル柱の凝結前に該
モルタル柱内に既成杭、H鋼柱を芯杭として打設行わし
めることによって地中に強力な基礎地盤を容易確実に施
工求めることが出来得るのである。

軸として左右対称で且つ両側に最大径広面片a、bを一
体形に捻曲延出形成してなるもので一方側最大径広面片
bに切欠部分4が切欠設けられている。符号3は上記オ
ーガー軸1下端に付設してなる適宜形状の先掘刃にて上
記スクリュー羽根2の径寸巾cと略同径寸巾αを有して
いる。また該先掘刃3の中央にはモルタル噴射孔6を開
孔設け、上記オーガー軸1の軸芯内に縦貫形成してなる
モルタル送注管7に連通連結されている。

円滑な掘削作業が得られると共に特にスクリュー羽根2
の一部最大径広面片bに切欠部分4を形成設けたことに
よって地中掘進時において該切欠部分4の鋭角縁をして
地中の摩擦を切り容易な地中掘削は勿論、該掘孔と同時
に空気の逃げ場としての空間部分fを掘進しながら孔内
の数カ所に造成し、かかる空間部分fの造成によって従
来オーガー抜扞時に発生する孔内の吸引力を抑制し更に
オーガー上下作動時の吸引力が原因である孔壁の崩壊を
未然に阻止する効果もある。しかも上記、一部切欠部分
4を有したスクリュー羽根2の回転作用により通常のス
クリュー羽根回転と異なり、孔内に投入せるモルタル凝
