[Prior Art] A guide member for a seaweed net is provided above the starboard side of the ship ahead of the mounted seaweed cutter, and the front part of the guide member is tilted downward, and the tip of the guide member is placed above the bow of the ship. The seaweed net is immersed in the sea ahead and stretched over the surface of the ocean. The seaweed net is continuously scooped up onto the hull and guided to the rear of the ship, while the seaweed hanging from the seaweed net is harvested and collected using a harvester mounted on the hull. Floating seaweed net work boats have already been put into practical use. For example, (JP-A-55-79794
(Refer to Utility Model Publication No. 59-28955) [Problems to be solved by the invention] However, although this type of work boat described above is effective in floating seaweed cultivation equipment, It is not suitable for harvesting seaweed from dried seaweed nets. In other words, as is clear from Fig. 5, the width of the work boat is slightly wider than the width of the seaweed net, and is considerably narrower than the width between the supporting columns in the opposing rows, so the entire width of the seaweed net can be seen by the reaper. It is nearly impossible to maneuver a work boat in this manner due to the effects of tides, wind, etc. In other words, with conventional workboats, a part of the workboat may come off the seaweed net sideways as shown in (a) due to tidal currents or wind, or may turn around as shown in (b). This is because the freedom to maneuver the ship is restricted and it is extremely difficult to hold the workboat in the center between the supports.

Furthermore, if the work boat is moved forward in position a, uneven cutting of the seaweed net will occur, and the cutting work will have to be done again. Furthermore, in order to return the boat to its normal position, as described above, the boat cannot be steered freely and must be turned around like a car. However, when the work boat is hoisted over with the seaweed net, it takes a considerable amount of time to correct its trajectory, and the efficiency of the cutting operation drops significantly.

また、bのように作業船が旋回姿勢になると、

Also, when the work boat is in a turning position as shown in b,
Maneuvering the vessel to return to its normal position is even more difficult than in case a, and it is difficult to return the workboat to its normal position within the limited area between the supports on its own, and in any case, the operating time for reaping is significantly hindered. There was an issue of being able to do so.

The purpose of this invention is to provide a seaweed work boat that does not cause any operational errors such as the work boat coming off the seaweed net or turning the work boat, regardless of working conditions such as tidal currents and wind, and to provide a seaweed work boat that can be used in prop type seaweed farming fishing grounds. The aim is to improve the efficiency of the seaweed harvesting process.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The structure of the present invention that solves the problems of the prior art is that it is a seaweed harvester that scoops up a seaweed net stretched between pillars onto a ship and is mounted on the ship while the ship is moving. Accordingly, in a seaweed work boat designed to cut and collect seaweed, a regulating member is provided on the port and starboard sides of the ship, which is longer than the spacing between the pillars in the same row and has a width corresponding to the distance between the port and starboard sides of the ship and the pillars. It is a projecting structure.

Reference numeral 1 denotes a box-shaped hull with relatively shallow water, and a hanging line 3 is installed at approximately the center of the hull 1, perpendicular to the traveling direction of the hull 1, and between two rows of struts 2. A seaweed reaping machine 5 having a width slightly wider than the width of the seaweed net 4 is mounted. Reference numeral 6 denotes a propeller with an engine installed on the bow side of the hull 1, which propels the hull 1 and reduces contact resistance with the seaweed net 4, tides,
It also has a steering function to ensure directional stability so that the bow side does not sway from side to side due to wind, etc.

That is, on the port and starboard sides of the hull 1, the above-mentioned columns 2 in the same row are installed.
A regulating member 8 having a frame structure made of a pipe material or the like, which is longer than the interval , and whose front shape is L-shaped, is attached. That is, the vertical side 8a of the regulating member 8 is pivotally supported on the side of the hull 1, and the horizontal side 8b of the regulating member 8 is symmetrically extended outward from the side of the vessel. The total width of the left and right horizontal sides 8b and the width of the hull 1 is the outer edge of both horizontal sides 8b of the regulating member 8 when the hull 1 is interposed between the two rows of supports 2. is close to pillar 2, or
Needless to say, the two rows of struts 2 are in contact with each other so that the hull 1 can be moved forward using the two rows of struts 2 as guides.

Further, at the front end of the horizontal side 8b of the regulating member 8,
An arcuate portion 8c as shown in FIG. 1 is formed to allow smooth contact between the regulating member 8 and the strut 2 when the hull 1 moves forward. 9 in the figure is the wheelhouse. Further, as shown by the imaginary line in FIG. 3, the regulating member 8 is foldable so that the horizontal side 8b rests on the guide member 7 with the end of the vertical side 8a serving as a fulcrum.

(a) It goes without saying that the seaweed net stretched between the supports on the ship's hull can be scooped up and the seaweed can be continuously harvested and collected using a seaweed cutter mounted on the ship; (b) Particularly in the present invention. , on the port and starboard sides of the hull.
In addition to having a width corresponding to the distance between the port and starboard sides and the pillars, a regulating member that is longer than the spacing between the pillars in the same row is provided, so that the ship's progress is prevented by the influence of tides and wind during the seaweed cutting operation. Even if a change in direction is attempted, one of the regulating members protruding from the left and right will come into contact with the pillars and the trajectory will be automatically corrected, and the hull will be adapted to the seaweed net stretched between the pillars, unlike the conventional method. Unlike other technologies, the work will not be interrupted due to the ship becoming detached from the seaweed net or turning around.
