Abstract

PURPOSE: To effectively gather laver by providing a guide member on a ship along the longitudinal direction of a hull so as to pass a laver net from the seat along the guide member, by gathering lever stuck to the net, and by forming a lever introduction port communicated with a lever storage, in a lever receiving deck. CONSTITUTION: During a laver gathering work in a culture bed, a guide extension 49 is projected forward from the bow of a ship which are advanced at a low speed. In this phase, thrustors 61 to 63 provided in the bow, the stern and the part therebetween are suitably operated so as to adjust the advancing direction of the ship. As the ship 2 is advanced, a lever net is scooped up from the sea surface 90, is moved to the stern along a net guide 4. During the movement of the net, a laver pick-up device picks up laver sticking to the net. Thus picked up laver is then dropped in a laver storage 9. At this time, a part of the laver drops onto a bow deck 91 and a middle deck 92, the dropped laver is gathered up in a passage 920 through which the laver flows so as to be retrieved into the laver storage 9 through the laver introduction port 930.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as this type of work boat for seaweed cultivation, a guide for seaweed net is attached to the upper part of the hull, and the front end of this guide is projected forward from the bow and the front end is submerged under the sea surface. It is known that by advancing toward the seaweed net in this state, the seaweed net is guided onto the ship and the seaweed is continuously collected on the ship. That is, the seaweed cultivation work boat is provided with a seaweed net guide on its hull, and this guide extends to the stern side directly above the seaweed reaper at the front of the hull and above the bridge. The seaweed adhering to the seaweed net that moves along the net guide is cut by a seaweed cutting device arranged underneath and stored in the seaweed storage below.

In the above structure, a part of the seaweed adhered to the seaweed net is on the deck before the seaweed net scooped up by the front end of the guide reaches the seaweed reaper. It was unavoidable that the seaweed fell, and the seaweed that fell into the seaweed was wasted because it did not enter the seaweed storage, and cleaning the deck where the seaweed fell was very time-consuming.

The present invention has been made in order to eliminate the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks, and it is possible to easily supply the seaweed that has fallen on the deck to the seaweed store, and to save the labor of cleaning the deck. It is an object of the present invention to provide a ship for seaweed aquaculture work that can effectively collect seaweed.

On the bow side from the center of the hull, a seaweed storage 9 for storing the seaweed cut by the seaweed cutting device 41 is installed, and the upper portion of the seaweed storage 9 is, as shown in FIG.
It penetrates through the central deck 92 and projects upward from the bottom of the ship. The central deck 9 is on the front side of the central deck 92.
A bow deck 91 higher than 2 is provided, and these decks 91 and 92 form a seaweed receiving deck. 4 and 5 show the structure of the stern bracket 60 and the stern thruster 62. The stern bracket 60 has a channel 66 in the width direction of the vessel, and a cylindrical body 68 is installed in the channel 66. A propeller 64 capable of rotating in the forward and reverse directions is arranged therein, the flow path 66 is curved in an arc shape, and guide members 67 are attached to both ends to open downward, and the bottom plate 65 is also similar to the flow path 66. It is curved in an arc shape.
When the bottom plate 65 is curved in this way, it approaches the rotation locus of the propeller 11 (see FIG. 2) arranged below it, and the flow resistance due to the rotation of the propeller 11 can be reduced. Further, when the flow path 66 is curved, the thruster 62 does not have to project below the bottom of the ship, and since the openings at both ends of the flow path 66 face downward, it is possible to prevent air from being sucked in when sucking water. In addition, since the water from the flow path 66 is jetted below the surface of the water, waves are not generated on the surface of the water, the resistance is reduced, and the lateral propulsive force can be effectively generated. There are advantages.

FIGS. 6 and 7 show an example of the connecting structure between the engine 10 and the propeller shaft 110.
A propeller shaft 110 is connected to the 0 output shaft 15 via a transmission 16, and a pair of hydraulic pumps 18 are connected to the transmission 16 via a hydraulic clutch 17. As described above, instead of connecting the propeller shaft 110 to the engine 10 coaxially with the output shaft 15, the propeller shaft 110 may be connected via the transmission 16. Instead of the hydraulic clutch 17, a gear provided on the shaft of the transmission 16 may be directly meshed with a gear provided on the shaft end of each hydraulic pump 18.

In the structure shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, during normal traveling, the guide extension portion 49 is moved forward while being positioned on the ship. Then, during the seaweed cutting work at the farm, the guide extension portion 49 is projected forward of the bow, and the ship is advanced at a slow speed toward the seaweed net on the sea surface 90. On this occasion,
Any of the bow thruster 61, the stern thruster 62, and the intermediate thruster 63 is operated to adjust the course of the ship. As the hull 2 advances, the seaweed net on the sea surface 90 is picked up by the guide extension portion 49 and moved on the ship along the seaweed net guide 4 in the stern direction.
In the meantime, the seaweed adhering to the seaweed net is cut off by the seaweed cutting device 41 and dropped into the seaweed storage 9 below. A part of the seaweed that adheres to the seaweed net falls on the front ends of the bow deck 91 and the central deck 92 together with the seawater, but the fallen seaweed is collected together with the seawater in the passage 920 of the central deck 92 and flows in the stern direction. And is blocked by the weir board 94 and all passed through the seaweed inlet port 93
Supplied inside. Further, the seaweed adhered on the bow deck 91 and the central deck 92 can be easily poured into the seaweed container 9 by flowing water (seawater or fresh water) with a hose or the like.

The seaweed net from which the seaweed is cut off is acid-treated by passing through the acid-treating tank 70 on the bridge 3, and is returned to the sea surface 90 behind the stern through the guide 4. During this acid treatment, the chemical liquid in the main chemical liquid tank 7 is constantly supplied to the upstream side of the acid treatment tank 70 by the transfer pump 82 through the circulation pipe 81, and the chemical liquid is collected from the downstream end of the acid treatment tank 70. It is recovered to the main chemical liquid tank 7 through 71. The auxiliary chemical liquid tank 8 is filled with the acid treatment chemical liquid, but the transfer pump 85 is stopped and the chemical liquid supply pipe 8
No drug solution was poured into 3. Thus, the acid treatment tank 70
The drug solution contained therein is recycled, but the drug solution is gradually consumed and diluted. Therefore, the transfer pump 85 is operated to supply the chemical liquid in the auxiliary chemical liquid tank 8 to the main chemical liquid tank 7 through the supply pipes 86 and 83. As the chemical solution at this time, a concentrated stock solution may be used, or a chemical solution diluted to a predetermined concentration may be used.
