(Industrial Application Field) The present invention relates to a sealed package made of corrugated paperboard, and more particularly to a package that allows a storage battery stored under high temperature and high humidity to be sealed and stored without rusting. (Prior Art) Corrugated paper, which has traditionally been used for storage battery packaging, has an acidic pH of 4.5 to 5.5 because it contains acidic substances such as sulfate ions and chloride ions. If a storage battery is sealed and stored in a package made of such acidic corrugated paper, it will be damaged by the moisture contained in the corrugated paper and acidic substances such as sulfate ions and chloride ions contained in the corrugated paper. There is a problem of rust forming on the electrode terminals of storage batteries.
This rusting resulted in poor connection of the electrode terminals, resulting in deterioration in discharge performance and the storage battery becoming defective. Particularly when stored in a hermetically sealed environment at high temperature and humidity, there is a marked tendency to rust. (Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The present invention solves these conventional problems and allows stored items such as sealed storage batteries to be stored for a long period of time without rusting even if placed in high temperature and humidity. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a packaging body using corrugated paper that can be used in various ways. (Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems. It is made of corrugated paperboard and can be used to seal stored items. It is characterized in that a film made of a biaxially oriented polyvinyl alcohol resin material is adhered with the emulsion adhesive of No. 7. The present invention will be explained in more detail below. When storing items in a sealed package made of corrugated paper, ensure that there is no condensation on the items inside the package and that they are not affected by acidic gases such as sulfate ions and chlorine ions contained in the cardboard. As a result of various studies on this issue, it was discovered that the above-mentioned problems could be solved by coating the entire inner surface of the corrugated paperboard with a specific resin film. The most suitable resin coating for the inner surface is a biaxially oriented polyvinyl alcohol resin material that allows moisture to permeate and radiate outward without causing dew condensation inside and has gas barrier properties. Furthermore, as the adhesive used to bond the corrugated paperboard and the resin coating, it is best to use a substantially neutral adhesive because it is necessary to prevent the inside of the package from becoming an acidic atmosphere through the resin coating. Furthermore, it is necessary to be easy to handle when bonding the two together with a corrugator, and emulsion adhesives are suitable among various adhesives, and among them, acrylic-vinyl acetate copolymer emulsion adhesives, Preferred are vinyl acetate emulsion adhesives, acrylic emulsion adhesives, and acrylic copolymer emulsion adhesives. A mixture of potassium benzoate and sodium nitrate is suitable as a buffer solution for keeping the pH of these emulsion adhesives approximately neutral. The mixture of potassium benzoate and sodium nitrate added to the resin solid content in the emulsion had a solid content of 0.3% to 6%. That is, if the amount added is less than 0.3%, it is not possible to adjust the pH of the adhesive to 6 to 7, and if it is more than 6%, it is difficult to adjust the viscosity of the adhesive, making it undesirable that the coating will not be uniform. (Example) Figures 1 and 2 show an example of the implementation of the present invention.
5 is an emulsion-based adhesive, and 5 is a coating made of a biaxially oriented polyvinyl alcohol resin material, which makes it possible to seal stored items as a regular packaging box. Therefore, even if the storage battery is sealed inside the package of the product of the present invention and stored under high temperature and humidity, the moisture inside the package will be absorbed by the coating 5.
This prevents dew condensation on the stored items, and the acidic gas containing sulfate ions, chlorine ions, etc. contained in the corrugated paperboard 1 is absorbed by the coating 5, which has a high gas barrier property. This prevents permeation into the package and prevents an acidic atmosphere from forming inside the package. Therefore, the storage battery sealed inside the package does not come into contact with dew condensation or acidic gas contained in the corrugated paperboard 1 due to the coating 5, and therefore can be used for a long period of time without rusting on the electrode terminals of the storage battery. It can be stored in a sealed state. In addition, since an emulsion adhesive with a pH of 6 to 7 is used as the adhesive 4 between the corrugated paperboard 1 and the coating 5, it is possible to further enhance the effect of the coating 5 on preventing acidification of the atmosphere inside the package, and also to bond the two together. Adhesion can be performed reliably and quickly. Next, more specific examples and comparative examples of the present invention will be shown. A Example ◎ Corrugated paper white C180 x SCP125 x C180 ◎ Adhesive Add 2% solid content buffer of potassium benzoate and sodium nitrate mixture to acrylic-vinyl acetate resin emulsion with resin concentration of 50%, PH = 6.5 , viscosity 2000CPS

Thickness: 14μ Prior to box manufacturing, adhesive is applied to the inner surface of the corrugated paper. The coating was adhered. B Comparative example 1 ◎ Corrugated paper white C180×SCP125×C180 C Comparative example 2 ◎ Corrugated paper white C180×SCP125×UTM180 Note: UTM is paper coated with a water-repellent and water-resistant agentD Comparative example 3 ◎ Corrugated paper white C180×SCP125×GB185 Note: GB is polyethylene sandwiched between paper sheets. Model number 36820R, manufactured by Nippon Battery Co., Ltd.) was stored and sealed one by one, and three inner cases containing sealed storage batteries were stored all at once in an ordinary outer case made only of corrugated paper. After leaving the battery for 48 hours at a temperature of 30°C and a humidity of 90%, the battery was unpacked and the state of rust on the electrode terminals of the storage battery was observed. The results are shown in the table below.

[Table] As shown in the table, the packages to which the film of Examples was adhered were more effective after the contents were sealed than the packages of Comparative Examples 1, 2, and 3 (corrugated cardboard to which the film was not bonded). It was confirmed that even under the severe test conditions described above, it is possible to prevent dew condensation and acid gas permeation that would cause rust on the electrode terminals of a storage battery. In the illustrated example, the package is a regular packaging box, but
The present invention is not limited to this. (Effects of the invention) In this way, the present invention uses a biaxially oriented polyvinyl alcohol resin material that allows moisture to permeate and evaporate through the film that adheres to the entire inner surface of the corrugated paperboard and has gas barrier properties. In addition to preventing dew condensation from occurring in the cardboard, it also prevents acidic gases contained in the cardboard from permeating, allowing stored items to be stored sealed for long periods of time without rusting. For adhesion with coatings
Since an emulsion adhesive with a pH of 6 to 7 is used, the effect of preventing acidification of the atmosphere inside the package due to the film can be further enhanced, and the sealing package can be bonded together quickly and reliably. It is effective in providing
