【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
本考案は、スポーツ観戦時などに用いられるメガホンに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
図２は従来のメガホン１を示すものであり、軟質性樹脂を一方側を大口径部１ ａ、他方側を小口径部１ｂとする筒状に形成し、前記小口径部の端部は口元を当 て易いように適宜形状に形成されている。さらに、外周面１１にはシールなどを 貼付して見映えを良くしたものや、最近では図３のように野球バットのような形 状のものもあり、ＴＰＯに合わせて用いられている。 使用に際しては、前記小口径部１ｂに程近い外周囲をグリップ部１２として把 持し、小口径部１ｂに口元を近づけて声援したり、前記グリップ部１２を把持し て頭上で振ったり、大口径部付近を何かに打ちつけるなどしている。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら従来のメガホンにあっては、拡声作用のほかには外周面にシール を貼着する程度の装飾的な効果には乏しいものであり、スポーツ観戦・応援など に使用するような場合などには視覚的に物足りないといった問題点があった。 本考案は、上記した事情のもとになされたものであり、その目的とするところ は、発光部材を配設することによって装飾的・視覚的に優れたメガホンを提供す ることにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記した目的を達成するために、本考案は、内周面の一部分あるいは全面にＥ Ｌ素子を貼着し、外周面上のグリップ部に相当する箇所に前記ＥＬ素子のスイッ チを配設したメガホンを構成するものである。

【作用】 上記構造としたことにより、グリップ部を把持するとそこに配設されたスイッ チを介してＥＬ素子が発光する。よって、大口径部を見ると内周面が発光してお り、また光が樹脂を透過することから側面から見ても提灯のようにその発光が視 認されるものとなり、使用に際しての演出効果が高まる。

【実施例】
以下、本考案の実施例を図１に示す実施例を参照しながら詳細に説明する。な お、本実施例において図２および図３に示す従来構造のものと構成が重複する部 分には同一符号を用い、その説明は省略する。 図１は本考案の一実施例を示すものであり、メガホン１の内周面１０にシート 状のＥＬ素子２を貼着し、該ＥＬ素子２のスイッチ３を外周面１１のグリップ部 １２に配設するものである。図においてはＥＬ素子２を大口径部１ａの開口周端 縁にそって帯状に貼着してあるが、内周面１０の全面に貼着しても、あるいは適 当な模様に部分的に配置しても良い。
【０００７】 前記ＥＬ素子２の発光は電源ボックス、インバータ（ともに図示は省略）を介 してグリップ部１２のスイッチ操作によってなされ、前記電源ボックスならびに インバータは外周面の適宜箇所に配設するものである。
【０００８】 また、前記スイッチ３は操作性を考慮してグリップ部１２に配設するものであ り、その種類は例えばシート状のものでも押し釦式のものでも良く、実施者にお いてその選択は任意である。
【０００９】 前記スイッチの投入により発光するＥＬ素子２はメガホンの大口径部１ａから 直接的に視認されるほかメガホン１自体が樹脂製であることからその発光が外周 面１１にまで透過し、提灯のように外周面に淡い発光が得られ、特にナイタース ポーツの応援等に装飾的な効果が得られるものとなる。 なお、メガホン自体の形状は例えば従来例で示した野球バット型等のものであ っても良く、本考案の要旨を損なうものではない。

【考案の効果】
以上説明したように、本考案によれば、メガホンの内周面にシート状のＥＬ素 子を貼着し、該ＥＬ素子のスイッチを外周面のグリップ部に配設したメガホンを 構成したことにより、従来の拡声作用だけを目的としていたものに比べて、装飾 的ならびに演出的に優れた効果が得られ、特にナイタースポーツの応援等におい ては格段の演出効果が得られるものである。
