Description

【発明の詳細な説明】[Detailed description of the invention]

〔発明の技術分野〕 この発明は、納入した製品の予防保全項目と実
施時期を効率よく出力できるように設定処理する
予防保全システムに関するものである。 〔従来の技術〕 従来、この種の予防保全システムはマニユアル
等に従つて行われていたが、発電プラントのメー
カが納入した全ユニツト数が例えば200ユニツト、
1ユニツトに対して機器の数が例えば100、各機
器についての予防保全項目がそれぞれ20とすれ
ば、全体の予防保全項目数は200×100×20=
400000という厖大な数となり、設定処理に多大な
労力を要することになる。このため、納入場所が
プラント又はシステムの1部分であつたり、納入
品を1部の重点項目としたり、予防保全項目も小
数に絞つたり、また残らずピツクアツプするつも
りでも忘却等のため抜けが発生する等の欠点があ
つた。 〔発明の概要〕 この発明は、上記のような欠点を除去するため
になされたもので、ぼう大なデータを統一された
基準で処理することにより、人を最少にして正確
に、全てもれなく予防保全項目と実施時期を得る
ことが出来る予防保全システムを提供することを
目的としている。 〔発明の実施例〕 以下、この発明の一実施例を図について説明す
る。図において、1は複数のプラント又はシステ
ムを登録したユニツトマスタ(データ)、2は予
防保全データを得ようとするプラント又はシステ
ム(以下ユニツトと称す)を指定するユニツト指
定(データ)、3はユニツトマスタ1の中からユ
ニツト指定2により対象ユニツトを選出する選出
部、4は対象ユニツト3の各々に対する納入品を
登録した納入品リスト(データ)、5は対象ユニ
ツト3に対して納入品リスト4から対象機種を選
択する選択部、6は納入品を機種毎に分類し、機
種毎に少なくとも予防保全項目と予防保全周期を
登録した機種マスタ(データ)、7は全ての対象
機種に対して機種マスタ6によつて予防保全項目
を展開する展開部、8は予防保全実施完了時期を
登録した履歴(データ)、9は展開部7の予防保
全項目展開に対して履歴8を起点とした予防保全
周期をカウントして予防保全実施予定時期を示す
予防保全項目一覧表の作成部である。 第1表はユニツトマスタ1を示し、予防保全対
