A heliport is considered a type of airfield, and a helipad also has a restricted airspace for aircraft approach, departure, and waiting turns, and is required to have no obstacles above it, in principle. Therefore, installing it on the ground requires a large open area with no tall buildings nearby, which places restrictions on location.

Therefore, in urban areas, helipads are installed on the rooftops of tall buildings to meet these location requirements.
Ensure that surrounding buildings do not become obstacles.

With a helipad on the roof of a building like this, there is a problem with airflow. In other words, the area around the building has a large disturbance in the natural wind, and the height direction is generally affected up to the same height range as the building height. Particularly near the rooftop, an upward air current is generated upward from the windward wall surface, and a swirling downward air current is generated near the leeward wall surface. This phenomenon becomes more pronounced as the building elevation increases relative to the wind direction and as the building height increases.
Therefore, it becomes a strong current with rising and descending air currents.

On the other hand, the helicopter approaches the helipad diagonally above and takes off diagonally above, so the helicopter crosses the rising and descending air currents that are occurring above the building wall, creating an extremely unstable situation. Become. Therefore, when the wind is strong, it becomes impossible to fly, leading to a decline in utilization. Additionally, natural winds tend to be stronger at higher altitudes, making it difficult to use the rooftops of tall buildings as helipads.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The helipad according to the present invention has a hollow cylindrical column vertically penetrating the inside of the building, which stands higher than the roof of the building, and has a hollow cylindrical column vertically penetrating the inside of the building. A take-off and landing strip was installed in the pillar, and stairs or elevators were housed in the hollow part of the pillar.

In the figure, 1 is a building, which is built on deep piles 2. Four pillars 3 are formed vertically penetrating the center of the building 1. The column 3 has a hollow cylindrical shape and stands higher than the roof of the building 1. Column section 3 is formed from RC or S structure using the same foundation as building 1.

A takeoff and landing strip 4 is placed on the pillar portion 3. The take-off and landing strip 4 is constructed by forming the pillars 3 to the top, assembling them on the ground or on a rooftop, and then lifting them up along the pillars 3 and placing them there. In FIG. 1, a substantially circular takeoff and landing strip 4 is placed on four pillars 3, and adjacent takeoff and landing strips 4 are continuous.

Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 3, a takeoff and landing strip 4 may be placed on each of the three pillars 3, or two or one takeoff and landing strip 4 may be placed on each of the three pillars 3 as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5. It may be something you have done.
