本発明は、化粧・美容・衛生・健康の目的で使
用する化粧料と該化粧料を直ちにクリーム状の化
粧料として使用に供せる状態にする機能を持つた

(従来の技術)
クリーム、乳液等の化粧料は油溶性成分と水溶
性成分とをそれぞれの溶媒に溶かして乳化して得
られるものである。しかしながら、これら化粧料
は乳化した時に成分間の相互作用が生じ、酵素が
水と接触してその酵素活性が低下する等の品質上
好ましくない影響を被ることが知られていた。そ
れ故、乳化状態のままで化粧料を提供する場合は
ある程度、成分の分解・劣化を考慮に入れておか
なければならなかつた。従つて、このような現象
を回避するためには油溶性成分と水溶性成分を予
め分けておけば良い。ところが液状タイプの化粧
料での油溶性成分と水溶性成分との完全な成分分
離は難しく、従来は化粧料を粉末状や固形物にし
て有効成分間の化学反応を起こさない状態にする

ことにより解消し、化粧料の持つ有効成分がその
相互作用による影響を受けることなく使用直前ま
で保持された状態の化粧品を提供できるようにし

本発明のカプセル状化粧料9(カプセル球直径

4を押すと圧搾ノズル機構5内にカプセル状化粧
料9が吸い込まれ、カプセル2は圧搾ノズル機構

ツシユで濾過されることもしくはノズル内に設け
た突起物により破砕され、カプセルに内包されて
いたビタミンまたは酵素をあるいはビタミン及び
酵素を含んだ油層1がビタミンまたは酵素をある
いはビタミン及び酵素を含んだ水層3と破砕され
たカプセル成分と一緒に混合され、結果としてク
リーム状を呈した化粧料がキヤツプ4に設けられ
た孔より送出されて使用に供せられる。この時、
円筒形容器6内に充填されたカプセル状化粧料9
は使用するたびにその量が減るわけだが、カプセ
ル状化粧料9が充填されている空間は真空状態が
保たれているので、カプセル状化粧料9量が減少
すれば円筒形容器6内壁を移動可能な筒体7が移
動して該カプセル状化粧料充填部を押し上げ、結
果としてカプセル状化粧料9の充填状態は維持さ
れることとなり圧搾ノズル機構5にカプセル粒子
を絶えず送り込めるので常時同様のクリーム状化
粧料を提供することが可能である。また、同時に
該筒体7の円筒形容器内の存在位置によりカプセ
