の左右側面及び底面に摺接しながら移動するようにする
と共に前記移送板の移送速度を制御可能に形成したこと
を特徴とする食品洗浄殺菌装置。

段と;からなる食品洗浄殺菌装置であって、 前記移送手段は、その下側移行部が、前記洗浄路内の洗

に移動する下側水平移行部と、該水平移行部に続いて移
送板が前記引き上げ用コンベアの傾斜に沿って移動する
下側傾斜移行部とで形成され、かつ、移送板の側面及び
底面に摺接板を設け、下側水平移行部の移送板が洗浄路
の左右側面及び底面に摺接しながら移動するようにする
と共に前記移送板の移送速度を制御可能に形成したこと
を特徴とする食品洗浄殺菌装置。
