(Prior Art) Conventionally, some heating cooking apparatuses, such as gas stoves, have a structure in which a movable part containing a built-in contact type temperature sensor is disposed approximately in the center of a burner head of a gas burner. This movable part is supported by the support part via a spring member so as to protrude above the upper surface of the trivet on which a pot or the like is placed.

When the pot is placed on the trivet, the tip of the movable part is brought into close contact with the bottom of the pot by the spring force, and the temperature of the bottom of the pot is detected by the contact temperature sensor, and the firepower is adjusted accordingly. The gas supply is now controlled. However, with such gas stoves, when cooking, boiled over boiling, oily smoke, etc. can get stuck, and the contact temperature sensor may stop working, so it is necessary to keep it clean at all times.
It is time-consuming and can be damaged if hit by a pot or other object, and the moving part must be in close contact with the bottom of the pot to accurately detect the temperature, so only those with a flat bottom are effective. There are various inconveniences such as. Therefore, recently, a gas stove has been devised that indirectly detects the side temperature of the pot using a non-contact temperature sensor and controls the gas supply to adjust the heating power.

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) However, when gas is supplied to the gas burner to the maximum extent, a large flame is generated from the flame hole of the burner head. For this reason, the flame reaches from the bottom of the pot to the sides, and the non-contact type temperature sensor detects the temperature of the flame, indicating an abnormal condition and cutting off the gas supply, thereby interrupting the cooking process.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to solve the above problems, the present invention has a burner head of a gas burner exposed on the top surface of the casing, and a cooking vessel for heating and cooking at one end of the top surface of the casing. A non-contact type temperature sensor for detecting side temperature is provided at a distance from the burner head, and the opening area of the flame hole of the burner head at a position opposite to the non-contact type temperature sensor is set to another position. The opening area of the flame hole is made smaller than that of the flame hole formed.

(Function) According to the present invention, even if the gas supply is maximized,
Since the opening area of the flame hole at the position facing the non-contact temperature sensor is smaller than the opening area of the flame hole formed at other positions, the flame hole at the position facing the non-contact temperature sensor The flame from the hole is suppressed to a small size and is prevented from reaching the side of the cooking vessel. Therefore, the non-contact temperature sensor can accurately detect the side surface that is the detection target of the non-contact temperature sensor, and malfunctions are prevented.

The burner head 4 has a circular shape and is mounted on the mixing tube 11, and the burner head 4 has protrusions 13 on its circumferential surface to define flame holes 12 radially and at equal intervals with the mixing tube 11. will be provided. Further, on the upper surface of the burner head 4, that is, on the surface facing the bottom 9 of the pot 5, a flame port 14 for emitting a flame is formed in a vertically upward direction. Among the flame holes 12 of the burner head 4, the opening area of the flame hole 12 at a position facing the non-contact temperature sensor 6 is as follows:
The opening area of the flame hole 12 is formed to be smaller than that of the flame hole 12 formed at other positions. That is, Fig. 2b
As shown in , the height A of the protrusion 13 for defining the flame hole 12 at the position facing the non-contact temperature sensor 6 is compared with the height B of the protrusion 13 at other positions, The burner head 4 is formed thick so that A<B.

According to this burner head 4, even if the gas supply is maximized, the opening area of the flame hole 12 at the position facing the non-contact temperature sensor 6 is smaller than the opening area of the flame hole 12 formed at other positions. Since the flame is small, the flame from the flame hole 12 located opposite to the non-contact temperature sensor 6 is suppressed to a small size and is prevented from reaching the side of the pot 5 for cooking. Therefore, the non-contact temperature sensor 6 can accurately detect the side surface that is the detection target of the non-contact temperature sensor 6, and malfunctions are prevented.
