ることは不可能であつた。

連結部にパツキング材を連続して植設する方法の
一実施例について詳細に説明する。すなわち、第
1図は本発明の実施に供する装置を示す斜視図で
あり、1は搬送部で例えばローラ、キヤタピラ、
スチールベルト(図示せず)の1種からなり、建
築用板2を一定方向、例えば矢印イ方向へ定速度
で搬送するものである。さらに説明すると、建築
用板2は長手方向に雄、雌型の連結部3を有する
連続帯、あるいは定尺体を連続して送給するよう
に配列したものである。4はノズルで接着剤5を
連結部3の適宣個所に直線状に塗布するものであ
る。なお、接着剤5としてはゴム系、合成樹脂系
のいずれでもよく、液状、ゼリー状で塗布するも
のである。6はリールでパツキング材7をコイル
状に約100〜2000m位巻回したもので、弾力性と
ある程度の引張強度があり、断面が長方形、正方
形、円形、楕円形、半円形、あるいはその変形し
たものからなるものである。その素材としては合
成樹脂発泡体、ゴム、ラテツクス、合成ゴム等の
1種からなるものである。8はガイドローラで硬
質、もしくは弾力性のある材質からなり、主にパ
ツキング材7を建築用板2の連結部3上に塗布し
た接着剤5上に案内すると共に、パツキング材7
を連結部3に押圧して接着一体化するものであ
る。なお、リール6とガイドローラ8はチエー
ン、ベルト等を介して同一速度に設定し、かつ、
建築用板2の搬送速度とも同期するものである。

出する。一方、接着剤5上にはパツキング材7が
ガイドローラ8を介して供給され、これを第2図
bに示すように押圧して接着剤5にパツキング材
7を固着し、その後に第2図cに示すような断面
となつて次工程に送出されるものである。従つ
て、連続して供給される建築用板2の連結部3に
はパツキング材7が高速下で固着できるものであ
る。
