(Prior Art and Its Disadvantages) The following methods are known as conventional methods for manufacturing parquet pattern decorative boards. That is, the first step is to form an assembled block by bringing together and pressurizing wet wood having a moisture content higher than the fiber saturation point with an adhesive between them, and then converting this assembled block into a cross section of the assembled wood. It is known to have a second step of cutting thinly in a direction to obtain a marquetry pattern decorative veneer, and a third step of attaching this marquetry pattern decorative veneer to a substrate via an adhesive. . Incidentally, the parquet pattern decorative veneer obtained in the second step of the above manufacturing method may be left in a stacked state for 2 to 3 days, and in that case, black stain-like mold may occur during that time. , mold, etc. may make it unusable as a product. There was a drawback.

Example 1 First step (see Figure 1) Wet square timbers 1 having a moisture content higher than the fiber saturation point are vertically and
They are brought together in the horizontal and longitudinal directions and pressurized to form a set block 3, and at the same time, when cutting the set block 3 thinly in the second step, the set block 3 is cut perpendicularly to the direction A of the reciprocating motion of the cutting blade. A reinforcing thin plate 2 is bonded to a pair of side surfaces of the block 3 via an adhesive.

Adhesive example: 100 parts by weight of moisture-curing urethane resin adhesive,
0.2 to 15 parts by weight of anti-mold agent (including preservatives) is added and stirred thoroughly. It consists of the body. As the anti-mold liquid, "4-chlorophenyl-3-iodopropargyl formal", "3-iodo-2-propynylbutyl carbamate", "2-chlorophenyl-3-iodopropargyl formal",
A 10% aqueous solution of a less toxic drug with antifungal properties such as ``-4-thiazolylbenzimidazole'' is used. In addition, as powders and granules of super absorbent polymer compounds, the product name "Aquarik" [manufactured by Nippon Shokubai Chemical Co., Ltd., with an average particle size of 100 mesh before water absorption], the product name "Sunwet" [Sanyo Chemical Co., Ltd.] industry
Co., Ltd., with an average particle size of 80 mesh before water absorption], etc. are used.

In addition, when the anti-mildew liquid is absorbed into the powder of the super absorbent polymer compound, the silicone-based antifoaming agent is added to the anti-mildew liquid.
By adding 0.001 to 0.5 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight, the anti-mildew liquid is efficiently and completely absorbed into the powder and granules of the super absorbent polymer compound without generating bubbles. I can do it.

Second step (see FIG. 1) The cutting blade is reciprocated in the direction of arrow A to thinly cut the assembled block 3 to obtain a parquet pattern decorative veneer 4. At this time, since the cutting blade acts like a squeegee, it cuts and destroys the fungicide and rubs it against the cut surface of the parquet pattern decorative veneer 4 and the cut surface of the assembly block 3.

Example 2 1st step A wet square piece of wood with a moisture content higher than the fiber saturation point is soaked in hot water at about 90°C, then taken out and the surface except the end is cut using a planer, saw, etc. , then leave the wood in the air to dry,
The moisture content on the surface is made below the fiber saturation point.

2nd step After cutting these pieces of wood into predetermined lengths, the pieces of wood are brought together and pressed together using the adhesive used in the first step of Example 1 to form an assembled block, and at the same time When cutting the assembled blocks into thin pieces in the third step, reinforcing thin plates are bonded to mutually opposing side surfaces of the assembled blocks, which are orthogonal to the direction of reciprocating motion of the cutting blades, via the adhesive. Note that unnecessary wood parts generated during this process are discarded.

In the cutting process, the cutting blade acts like a squeegee, cutting and destroying the fungicide dispersed in the adhesive, and rubbing it onto the cut surface of the parquet pattern decorative veneer and the cut surface of the assembly block. Since it is applied and spread, it is possible to prevent mold from forming on the decorative veneer with a parquet pattern without the hassle of applying anti-mildew liquid.
