Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent generation of mildew without having labor such as application of a mildewproofing liquid to a parquetry-patterned decorative veneer, by a method wherein a mildewproofing liquid dispersed within an adhesive agent is rubbed against cut surfaces of the parquetry-patterned decorative veneer and an aggregate block and spread while cutting and breaking the mildewproofing agent. CONSTITUTION:Wet and square-bar-like lumber 1 having water content of at least the saturation point of a fiber are gathered up in the direction of a length, width and height through an adhesive agent among the lumber 1 and an aggregate block 3 is formed through pressurization. Then a reinforcing thin sheet 2 is stuck to a pair of the sides of the aggregate block 3 meeting at right angles with a direction A of reciprocation of a cutting edge through the adhesive agent. In addition, a 0.2-15pts.wt. mildewproofing agent is added to the 100pts.wt. adhesive agent and the mildewproofing agent is comprised of a powdery and granular body of 50-300 meshes of a high water absorbing high-molecule compound into which the 10-300 times mildewproofing liquid is absorbed. A parquetry-patterned decorative veneer 4 is obtained by slicing the aggregate block 2 by reciprocating the cutting edge in the direction of an arrow A. The parquetry-patterned decorative veneer 4 is stuck to a base sheet through the adhesive agent and a parquetry-patterned decorative sheet is obtained.

(9. Background of the Ming Dynasty) The following methods are known as methods for manufacturing parquet pattern decorative boards. That is, the first step is to form a collective block by bringing together and pressurizing wet wood having a moisture content above the fiber saturation point with an adhesive between them, and then converting this collective block into a cross section of the assembled wood. It is known to have a second step of cutting thinly in a direction to obtain a marquetry pattern decorative veneer, and a third step of attaching this marquetry pattern decorative veneer to a substrate via an adhesive. . By the way, the parquet pattern decorative veneer obtained in the second step of the manufacturing method may be left in a stacked state for 2 to 3 days, in which case,
During this time, black stain-like mold and the like are generated, which has the disadvantage that it may become impossible to use the product as a product.

In addition, when the anti-mildew liquid is absorbed into the powder or granular material of the super absorbent polymer compound, 0.001 to 0.5 parts by weight of a silicone antifoaming agent is added to 1001 parts by weight of the anti-mildew liquid. By doing so, the antifungal liquid can be efficiently and completely absorbed into the powder or granular material of the super absorbent polymer compound without generating bubbles at that time.

Second step: After cutting these pieces of wood to a predetermined length, the pieces of wood are brought together and pressed together using the adhesive used in the first step of Example 1 to form a collective block, and at the same time ,
When cutting the aggregate block thinly in the third step, reinforcing thin plates are bonded to mutually opposing side surfaces of the aggregate block, which are orthogonal to the direction of reciprocating motion of the cutting blade, via the adhesive. Note that unnecessary wood parts generated during this process are discarded.

■According to the invention of the anti-dust agent, since it is in the form of powder, for example, even if it is added to a liquid such as an adhesive, it will not disperse uniformly and dissolve in the liquid, so it will not affect the properties of the liquid such as an adhesive. This has the effect of not changing or changing the amount to a small extent.

■According to the invention of the method for manufacturing a decorative board with a parquet pattern, in the cutting process, the cutting blade acts like a squeegee, cutting and destroying the magnetic shielding agent dispersed in the adhesive, and cutting it to create the parquet pattern. Since it is rubbed and spread on the cut surface of the decorative veneer and the cut surface of the assembly block, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of 8Ii, etc., without the hassle of applying anti-mold liquid to the parquet pattern decorative inner board. .
